Trying different sauces, and peppers. In regards to flavour, I think this sauce tastes quite good. Like a lot of Naga sauces, this starts off milder (with a nice amount of kick), but slowly builds. I think if you've never had a Naga sauce before, this might be a good starting point. A nice balance of heat and flavour. If you're newer to hot sauce, in general. Maybe look elsewhere, as this is quite hot and the build up will take some by surprise. Do note that compared to other sauce (both Naga, and otherwise), this is rather runny.
