I don’t think so. I work on boats in engine rooms and it protects my balding pate well.

This hat is hard. wording using baseball is a little misleading as this is to wear under a regular soft cap for the purpose of not get BUMPed on the head.

Sizing for head My head measures 21cm small. Will this fit?

Thr one I got from them say 58-62 cm with adjustable velcro.

I don't see anything osha on it. This is not a construction hard hat. Its a plastic liner to use under ball caps ect.
