its everything its said it is , looks brand new no scratches at all , came in a plain box with charge cable and was easy to set up , battery seems to last well , takes excellent pics and typical iphone build quality im very happy with mine .

Perfect as new condition. Came well packed and protective covering front and back. 100% battery life. Charger and cable included. Plus screen protector. Basically a brand new iPhone XS.

After Apple decided to discontinue my beloved iPod I turned to the older model of iPhone to replace it. I had the iPhone 7 for a while but the new AirPods Pro won't work with it and it no longer gets IOS updates. I looked up which ones were affordable as another replacement and opted for the XS. The phone itself is a huge upgrade from the 7 (I have a 14 Pro as my actual phone so this is purely an iPod) and got a bargain for the storage size 256Gb. My only gripe is the battery. As a refurbed item I understand there will be wear and tear - which there is - scratches on the screen and casing but nothing a case won't cover. I'll also replace the screen as I can't be doing with scratches but I also now need a new battery, I think it's awful that this wasn't replaced as part of the refurb. Especially when the health shows 70% so it's hardly at a respectable level. Aside from that this is a good little device and will do me for what I want it for - I know just have to faff at the market getting a battery and screen sorted.

Phone was in perfect condition when it arrived, no scratches or signs of wear. Came in a generic box with a non official apple charger. All was good when I set the phone up, everything worked great and I was really happy. However, I put the phone on charge with the charger provided in the box and witching an hour the charger was smoking and so was the phone!! The battery had swollen and was extremely dangerous so I had to throw it out. Amazon refused to refund as I was unable to send the phone back. It was not safe to return and I was not bringing it back in my house. The phone I reckon was absolutely fine, but the non official charger obviously was not suitable. And because of this the phone is now destroyed and I’m out of pocket by £560!

iPhone arrived without a scratch on it and looks brand new, battery health is at 92% which is great. All features including Face ID & Siri work fine. The phone even came with a charger in the box which I wasn’t expecting. For only £137.75 I feel I’ve got a good bargain and a great spare phone. Only gripe is with where my delivery was left but can’t fault the seller for that.

This phone is absolutely perfect with no issues. I still sometimes can’t believe a refurbished phone can be this good and cheap. And it also came with a screen protector as gift, seller is superb. Battery is great and reasonable. No scratch and top notch screen quality

At first glance this phone looked good. It was meant to be in excellent condition, but there were some specks on the colour of the phone. This was only very minor so we overlooked it at everything else seemed spot on. Thereafter we noticed that when we came to use the camera it wasn't working properly and later discovered the flash light also wasn't working. Assuming this was perhaps a software issue we tried resetting, which fixed some elements of the issue but not all. After trying different reset options we decided to contact Apple who asked us to bring it into store. There we discovered that the camera itself needed replacing and during a fully diagnostic test that the battery was also not very good considering the excellent condition implying that the battery should have been much better. We reached out to the seller to reimburse the ~£150 repair costs with Apple who provided a trade in price of £130. The seller offered to repair it themselves with non Apple parts, but at this point we were a bit disheartened that it had been misold to us and decided it was probably easier to just find a new phone and not have to deal with all these issues. Not a great first experience with refurbished sales.

Après un an d'utilisation, pas de manière excessive je ne suis pas gamer ni accro aux réseaux sociaux, juste quelques photos de temps en temps et de l'utilisation quotidienne "classique" d'un téléphone: - 3 fois sur 4, impossible de raccrocher un appel, quand j'enlève le téléphone de mon oreille l'écran reste noir. Histoire de détecteur de proximité qui flanche. - La batterie est passée sous les 80% quelques semaines après l'achat. Pas super pour un grade "Excellent état" qu'on paie en plus. - Maintenant le joint d'étanchéité de l'écran qui se décolle, du coup plus possible de prendre des photos via la caméra frontale car la poussière s'insinue sous le verre, et bien sûr la reconnaissance via FaceID devient très capricieuse.

Colis arrivé en avance. Article correspondant parfaitement à la description sur le site. Excellent. A voir maintenant avec le temps mais pour l'instant nickel . Je recommande.

J’ai mis une étoile car il fallait mettre une. Vendeur pas sérieux et signalé à Amazon. Problème de batterie au bout de 3 mois : perte de charges « très rapidement, puis la batterie commence à gonfler et à décollé l’écran, qui s’est cassé sous le volume de la batterie. : , ke magasin Apple à côté de chez moi le confirme que l’écran est fissuré de l’intérieur car pousser par la batterie, et que j’avais de la chance car elle allait exploser. le vendeur a refusé d’appliquer la garantie pour réparer l’écran. Ce n’est pas Pro. J’ai une protection juridique, je ne perd rien, j’entame une procédure pour le poursuivre. Je ne vous conseille pas ce vendeur une fois vous achetez la téléphone, s’il a un défaut, c’est pour vous, la garantie ne joue jamais chez eux.

Très bon matériel, pas cher et efficace. les plus: - pas très cher ( moins de 14 € livré avec Amazon Prime - livré chez vous le lendemain de la commande). - efficace, blinde le téléphone contre les aléas de la vie de tous les jours. - très bon grip pour saisir l 'appareil avec ses angles saillants, caoutchouc mi souple mi rigide type pneu. Grip plus sûr et moins glissant que les coques Rhinoshield par exemple (j'ai testé les 2) - double couche de protection : coque en caoutchouc souple + surprotection en plastique rigide pour assurer une protection du dos à l'épreuve des balles... - la surface frontale dépasse d'environ 1 mm de la surface de l'écran, protégeant celui-ci des chocs directs même avec une protection en verre trempé de la même marque (absolument top au passage avec le gabarit de positionnement). L'écran est super protégé. - la fenêtre arrière montrant le logo apple, pour ceux qui aiment... Les moins: - design type armée US ou URSS dans les meilleures années... - boutons volume +/- et power assez durs à trouver à l'aveugle (pas de débord, intégrés dans la sous-coque souple sans dépassement de la surface globale) et à actionner (rigides, pas souples, découpes manquantes mais simples à réaliser au cutter) A part ça , nickel, mais c'est un choix, pour protéger un smartphone qui coûte un smic... à réfléchir. Avec Spigen, vous ne serez pas déçu niveau efficacité au prix de quelques concessions, esthétiques principalement. A vous de voir. pour ma part, j'hésite quotidiennement entre la spigen tough armor (blindage "rugged" militaire) et rhinoshield solidsuit finition cuir (blindage "chic" mais 3 fois plus cher) pour mon iphone XS (j'ai les 2). Les 2 répondent aux mêmes normes antichoc de l'armée US, le choix est difficile... Bon choix à vous.
