NatureWise Raspberry Ketones Supplement with Green Tea, 120 Capsules

I am usually not one to believe the hype, but after having on/off weeks of working out and not working out, I decided maybe this will give me the extra boost that I need. My weight was 173-174 (Empty stomach of food, but not dehydrated) with light clothes on (shorts / t-shirt) when I first weighed myself before trying these overrated (or so I've thought) raspberry ketones. I have tried looking up a information on raspberry ketones and all I found were testimonies from people, one-hit wonders (people who have only reviewed raspberry ketone products and nothing else - maybe to increase ratings on items), and that there are actually no human studies done. So, being curious and all I thought "why the heck not?" And so I did. First night, I gotta say, was probably the worst night of my life - why? - well because I was reading a lot of side effects from people's review that stated that they started developing rashes, itchiness, etc. Thanks to all of those itchiness and scratchiness comments/stories, I started to get paranoid and thought that maybe that I am one of those unlucky ones. Surely I found a bug bite on my leg (great timing mosquitoes) I started to think that I am starting to get the side effects and then found myself feeling itchy all over at night and not being able to sleep cause I kept thinking about it. - Well so did it work or not? - Hang on I'll get there, eventually. I found out that I wasn't allergic to it, funny because I ate raspberries before and didn't find anything happening to me so why would this be the first? It has been 4 days since I have received the product (yeah yeah not even a week and already writing a review), well... I get this tingly feeling of having more energy to actually make me do more exercise (increase the amount of weight I lift, the distance I can run, etc. - well wait, I think the first two is it). Also, it does suppress my appetite quite a bit, not saying that I stopped eating (oh no, not at all), I just don't have the urges and cravings anymore. I eat what I need to eat and sometimes when the amount that I use to eat made me feel empty, the same amount (maybe even less) makes me feel really full and full of energy as well. Maybe it is just a placebo effect that I have more energy, but hey I am feeling better about my new-found energy level. - So.. what about the weight? - Well it is not all about the weight, but I guess if that is what you want then I will tell you. Within the 4 days that I tried using it (with moderate exercise - strengthening 2x a week - pull ups until I max out - which isn't a lot, Push ups til I max out and some ab workout and for cardio, maybe 4 miles in total for the entire week), I weighed myself to be around 170-171. My weight this time was on a full stomach (right after eating), completely hydrated, and weighing heavy clothing (jeans, t-shirt, jacket, keys - they add on at least an extra pound). It wasn't in my intention to weigh myself like this, but I just got home from work and decided why not? Verdict? - Well It seems to be working for me at the moment and helping achieve my goal a little faster so I think it is a good product. Surely there are many products out there that can be described as "fake" or "not pure," but I have yet to find a raspberry ketone that has FDA's approval stamp on there (maybe that doesn't mean much to some people, but hey it is something). I do like this product and hopefully keep everyone posted on my results. P.S. Do not read all the bad comments before taking this if you are about to try it out. Paranoia will get you. And I don't see or feel any side effects except for burping up some raspberry flavor after downing the pill. -No I am not paid to write a good comment on this product, well maybe I wouldn't mind getting paid, but I wouldn't lie- **Update** A little over two weeks now and I checked in again, my weight is between 168-170 depending on the clothes that I wear and with a full stomach of course. From the extra energy that I get from taking these tablets, I gotta say that I have been exercising a lot more... well... like around 50% more. I can see my muscles showing, stomach flattening a little bit, and overall just very energetic. Also, I feel better about my appearance (which can just be a placebo effect) but whatever it is, it feels good. Sorry for the short update entry, but so far for me, it is working quite well, and since it has only been a little over two weeks, I don't think I can write a good review on the full effectiveness. All I can say is that it is not a miracle pill where pounds will just instantly drop off of you when you take it. It will give you more energy to do more exercises and keep you going as well as help you burn fat a little faster, but that requires you to put in some time to do the extra heavy lifting or the extra mile. Do I recommend it? - So far so good. I have yet to find a problem with it, just don't take it before you go to bed, you will be WIDE awake. Or at least that is what happened to me.

I'm a guinea pig who is willing to try anything whilst still remaining skeptical. I've bought many random supplements on a whim to see if I can at least get a good placebo effect from them. When March rolled around and I could no longer fit into any of my pants, something had to change. I have friends visiting at the end of the month, and I didn't want to have to buy a new wardrobe in order to go out with them. My goal was rapid weight loss by the end of this month. I changed up my diet, my exercise regimen, and added some supplements. Raspberry Ketones Plus+ is one of the supplements I started taking, and given the claims on the bottle, I'd say it's at least partly responsible for the weight loss I've experienced. Here's my total regimen: DIET After having success with a low carb paleo diet in the past, I decided to adopt that for my 1-month weight loss extravaganza, at least, mostly. Bacon and eggs for breakfast every morning, sometimes with a cup of chicken broth and some greens (kale, collards, dandelion, etc.) The other meals are some kind of meat, frequently fish if I can get it on sale or marked down, often with homemade sauerkraut, broccoli, cauliflower, greens, etc. I work a very physically demanding job, so some days I need the extra carbohydrate, so I'll have some sweet potato. If I have a particularly physical day I'll have a fruit smoothie or a pastry or some other treat that I wouldn't have most of the week. A) I need the instant energy, and B) the supplements I'm taking, according to the claims, will help mitigate the damage from any excessive carbs. If it's placebo, then so be it. Bottom line: I'm seeing results. EXERCISE I wanted to increase fat burning and weight loss without adding a whole lot of muscle. I already work in a produce department and spend 5 days a week lifting 40-80 pound cases. Previously, a lot of my exercise outside of work was also weight training. I've switched that up to try to find things that get my heart rate higher. I'm not particularly fond of running, but I started a Couch to 5k program to build up general cardio fitness. It's run/walk intervals for 30+ minutes 2-3 times a week and the gradual progression works for me. I also do 30-45 minutes of boxing a couple times a week and 100-200 kettlebell swings a couple times a week. On days that I work a full 8-hour shift I do other exercise if I feel like it, but I don't push myself. I skip workouts a lot, but still manage to get a least 2 runs and 1 boxing session and 1 kettlebell session a week. Plus, I go for an hour walk most mornings; just something low-intensity that I really enjoy doing. SUPPLEMENTS On top of the Raspberry Ketones Plus+, I've been taking additional green tea extract, additional resveratrol, ALA, garlic extract, policosanol, vitamin D3, and a chewable multivitamin. I find that the chewable multivitamin keeps me fairly consistent with my supplementation because it's slightly sweet. I just follow it up with the rest of the capsules. Spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down, yeah? Here's my schedule: 15 minutes before breakfast: -1 x NOW ALA -1 x D3 5000 IU -1 x LifeExtension Mega Green Tea Extract -1 x GarliCell 6,000mcg -1 x Raspberry Ketones Plus+ -1 x Centrum Flavor Bust Adult Chew 15 minutes before lunch: -1 x NOW Resveratrol -1 x NOW ALA -1 x LifeExtension Mega Green Tea Extract -1 x GarliCell 6,000mcg -1 x Centrum Flavor Bust Adult Chew 15 minutes before dinner: -1 x NOW ALA -1 x LifeExtension Mega Green Tea Extract -1 x GarliCell 6,000mcg -1 x Centrum Flavor Bust Adult Chew -1 x Raspberry Ketones Plus+ Before bed: -1 x NOW Resveratrol -1 x NOW ALA -1 x LifeExtension Mega Green Tea Extract -1 x GarliCell 6,000mcg -1 x Centrum Flavor Bust Adult Chew -1 x NOW policosanol One day a week (Thursday for me) I take only the multivitamin and no other supplements. Will also take off every 8th week just to give my body any break that it might need. WEIGHT LOSS I started a weight loss competition on the first of the month and my official weigh-in was 255.7 pounds. Today is the 13th day of the competition and I've already lost 13.6 pounds. I've also lost 18.5 total inches in the past month while maintaining muscle mass in my biceps and calves. This is the fastest I've ever lost weight; easily double what I've accomplished before. With this cocktail of supplements, diet, and exercise, can I really say what effect Raspberry Ketones Plus+ is having on my weight loss? Well, I can't positively say what difference it would make on its own, but I'm confident that it's making a difference. It's the only supplement I take that claims to be an appetite suppressant, and there have definitely been many mornings where I've had to put my breakfast in the fridge and finish it at lunch or dinner because I simply couldn't eat any more. In fact, it curbed my appetite so much that some days I worried that I wouldn't be able to eat enough to get through my work day (but I did). In fact, the only time I ever really get a craving for a pastry or anything sweet are on days that I do a big workout and work a full shift and definitely need the extra calories. In fact, while I don't count calories in general, sometimes I get curious and will go back and add up all the meals I've had in a day. Many days I'm pushing just to eat 1500-1700 calories. Days where I break down and have some kind of sweet treat are the only days I break 2000 calories, which is crazy for a guy my size, especially considering the amount of physical activity that I do. CONCLUSION Most of the supplements I've been using are a month supply, or just over, whereas the raspberry ketones are two months. I haven't re-ordered any of the other supplements yet, so pretty soon I'll get to see what effect the raspberry ketones have on their own. They're definitely having an effect though, and I would recommend them, cautioning only that my results are probably a combination of all the things I'm doing. You may or may not get similar results. My body composition has changed drastically enough that everyone I know has been asking how much weight I've lost. If ever you needed a boost to keep going, that's it right there.

I was skeptical as a lot of people buying this product should be - the overwhelming amount of positive reviews made me think this was some sort of scam but I needed to try it for myself. I was looking for something to add to my workout and nutrition regimen, not supplement which I think is important for people to understand if they are looking for weight management. This isn't a miracle pill. I know some people have written that they have seen results without dieting or exercising at all. I personally don't put much stock into these claims but you'll have to decide for yourself. I have been taking the Raspberry Ketones dietary supplement for about two months and I have been taking the Green Bean Coffee dietary supplement for a month and a half. I currently take the Ketones one for 2X a day before meals along with the Green bean Coffee one for 2X a day as well for at least 30-45 minutes with a glass of water before meals. Ideally, I'd say even going a hour before your meals. It's really important to give the pills enough time to settle before eating because taking it right before the meal (I've tried this) didn't really curb my appetite in any way. In terms of results, I have been very pleased with the appetite suppression and weight loss. Over the course of the month and a half I have lost 12 pounds very gradually and feel an increased energy during my workouts. I can tell I'm losing just by how my face and arms and body look now. A little about me - I'm 26, and before starting this was about 30 pounds away from my target weight. I have made no other drastic dietary or exercise changes but I will say that between these pills and my workouts it has led me to ditch the junk food and grab healthier products. I'm not sure if it's just me but when I don't feel as if I'm starving but rather okay this is the time of day where I should get lunch, I tend to go for the healthier products. Overall, it has done a good job of suppressing my appetite (most of the time) causing me to eat less and feel fuller for longer. I still get the occasional need pizza now craving ha but it's a lot more under control than before. I look forward to losing more weight in taking this product. This also may be a little TMI but since taking this pill (and probably because I eat healthier now) and to avoid going into too much detail I have had better movements down below forcing me to feel really energized during the day and less bloated and feeling better in my clothes which I love. Good product that I would recommend but just be realistic about your own weight loss goals and make sure you are taking other strides in your life to get where you want to be. This is gradual weight loss or at least it was for me. If you expect to take these supplements and not make any changes in your own life you will likely be disappointed with the results. Good luck to those out there trying this! ps I did call because I was seeing results for the free bottle that you'll see advertised on a sheet of paper in your shipment. All of my interactions were over email (because I couldn't ever get in contact with them over the phone) and they did a good job of shipping my free bottles out fast! They do put a bit of pressure on you to write a review with a lot of follow up to share one's experiences but it was definitely not required and they only asked after they had already shipped the bottles. I have written the review based on my own preference to share my experiences.

In 2007, I was fit. Perfect weight, had energy... Everything. But that was when I lived abroad. When I came back to the US to live with my family while I finished up my studies, I gained over 40 pounds. One day, I finally looked at the scale and just about died. I'd never been that weight in my entire life. Even before I moved abroad. I knew something had to change. I hated looking at myself in the mirror and was just overall depressed about my weight. First, I tried to replicate what I did overseas. I tried walking more, exercising harder, eating less... I bought books telling me to eat more at certain times of the day and less others... exercise programs... Ate more vegetables, cut out refined carbohydrates... I started juicing. I even replaced a meal a day with organic vegetable and fruit juices with chia seeds or flax seeds. Most of the time, what I was doing was by the book perfect. Organic food, free range chicken... I really tried for over a year to lose and keep off any amount of weight, but nothing helped. It was all I could do to maintain. Earlier this year (2013), I saw the clip from Dr Oz about raspberry ketones. I'd tried the whole "diet and exercise" route alone and failed, so I figured I'd give the ketones a chance. I purchase these NatureWise ketones in addition to two other brands. One, I got from GNC, cost me over $100 for a couple months worth. But, I was desperate. I tried the one from GNC. It is called CLK by Cellucor. It helped me lose weight, but made me crave fat and if I didn't eat fat, I'd get dizzy. I would literally be leaving the office to go to the local liquor store to get some potato chips. While trying to eat healthy, ironically. Else, I couldn't finish a day of work. The cravings were sudden. It wasn't like a typical "I want something salty" crave or "I need dessert", it was "I'm going to fall out if I don't have some fat now." I also tried a brand I got from Walgreens that they no longer sell. I think it was Ultimate Raspberry Ketones, but I could be wrong as I bought them near the beginning of the year and gave them to someone when they didn't work. Well, that is to say, I did lose weight with them, but when I got a cold and stopped taking them because it was hard to swallow due to my sore throat, I got the worst caffeine withdrawal headache. The person I gave the pills to didn't mind the caffeine, even when I warned them about what happened to me. So, I got around to trying the NatureWise ketones. The price was right and the reviews on Amazon were high. I had previously promised myself not to buy new clothes because I was determined to get back into the old ones, but I was starting to just decide I'd maintain only and give up losing weight. I started taking the Naturewise ketones two months ago. I had already partially given up, so I had quit exercising. I had gotten so used to avoiding hydrogenated garbage, eating healthy olive oils and fish, brown rice, etc. that I just kept the revised diet I'd already been living by, but the only exercise I'd done was going for a walk about once a week, if that. To my utter shock, within the last almost 2 months, I've lost 15 pounds. After everything I've tried, how hard I've worked... All the books I've read, diets I've been on, exercise programs I've done, unhealthy foods I've cut out... Finally. And all from my first bottle. As said, I'd lost weight taking the other two raspberry ketones, but there were side effects. With the Naturewise, there were no side effects. I'd just get up in the morning and take two pills with my breakfast and go about my day. It's like once I started taking the pills, my body actually began responding as one would expect a person's body to with a healthy eating style. And that's really all I wanted: for my work to pay off. I wasn't looking for a miracle pill. I was looking for simply a chance. This is a great product that I will continue to take. I only need to lose 14 more pounds for my BMI to be in the normal range and 33 more pounds to be at my goal weight.

I will start off by saying that I am a 21 year old male, currently going through Nursing school, and I do not claim to be a nutritional or diet expert. I do moderate amounts of exercise, at least 30-60 minutes of cardio a day. I do not follow a strict diet, but I do not consume common junk like McDonalds, pop, etc. and I do take other supplements. In fact I take these Raspberry Ketones usually twice a day, once in the morning for breakfast and once in the afternoon with lunch, sometimes in a crunch I take two in the morning. I also take Garcinia Cambogia about 3 pills in the morning before breakfast. Lastly, I take Opti-Men multivitamin two pills in the morning. You may think 7 pills is a lot and that's fine, so don't take that many. Each of these bottles have dose ranges and it's up to you what you decide to take. Go to GNC and buy a commonly touted VitaPak and you'll see just as many pills if not more squeezed into a pack. Now back to the Ketones... First of all I want to get one thing straight, do not believe the hype with everything you read. There is one very important statement written on nearly any bottle you commonly see sold as a weight loss aid, or appetite suppressant. I will type it out for you for convenience: "The statements on this product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration...." So before you go rushing to buy this just to write an angry review 2 weeks later because you haven't lost a pound remember that. Now don't get me wrong, the FDA doesn't evaluate a lot of products and they still have worked, the key is that there is no research into the dosages and how much you are supposed to actually take and for how long, what benefits will ensue, etc. Ironically enough, to my knowledge, I do not believe Raspberry Ketones have actually been tested on humans, ever. About a year ago they did studies on male rats that did indicate that there was an increase in the amount of fat burned, but we are not rats. While these studies prove interesting, the key is to remember that it is not actually proven this works. I know some of you Dr. Oz fans are probably disappointed, but lets face it, he's becoming the Joel Olsteen of the medical world. Now before all you 5 star reviewers start bashing on me, my goal here is not to bash the product. In fact, I actually like the product. There is 400mg of Raspberry Ketones in one pill which is more pure product than you will see with a lot of competitor products. The NatureWise Plus+ blend makes up 300mg per pill, although that is comprised of 7 ingredients. Lets just say there is an equal amount of those "others." That is only about 42-43mg per extra ingredient, hardly enough to probably make a significant difference beyond a regular diet. The sheer reason to buy these should be for the Raspberry Ketones alone. You figure if you take these pills two times a day, you'll have a two month supply. That's only about $15 per month. If you're just a nutrition buff and want to fill your body with natural things then that will certainly be cheaper than purchasing the same equivalent in raspberries from your local produce. I personally get satisfaction that I am putting something so simple in my body, in fact when you open the lid it actually smells like sweet raspberries mixed with wheat grass. Maybe that's just me. The fact that I do not have to pronounce the other ingredients one syllable at a time is reassuring too that this isn't created in a lab. I will not go in depth on any changes I have experienced because I do not want to lead people to believe this works or doesn't work, I believe everyone will have a different experience. I am big on the willpower and determination to change, there is NO MIRACLE PILL. Do not buy something and expect it to do the work for you. I can honestly say that by investing money in something such as this and convincing myself that it is working I can get the mindset to do the rest of the work. Let's just say the pills are a placebo and do nothing for you, but you do not know that, instead you start drinking a lot more water, you put down that donut, you decide to exercise more all because you decided to make the change to a healthier lifestyle...that to me is worth $28. As aforementioned, I do feel this product is definitely one of higher quality in comparison to others. For the money, you are getting a quality dose of Raspberry Ketones with a little extra on the side. I do feel better mentally taking them, and as a result of investing time and energy into writing about this, taking these, spending money, etc. it helps me to gear my mind towards being healthier. I also want to applaud the company on such excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of following up with Melissa from customer service and she was very interested in my results, my stories, and answered honestly any questions I had for her. It was not an automated conversation, it was like talking to a person face to face who actually cares what you think. Plus, as a bonus, she is sending me another bottle entirely free just for using their product. I do not know if this is something that will last forever but think of it as motivation to go ahead and try..at least you'll essentially get two for the price of one!

This supplement did absolutely nothing for me. It was a total waste of my money. It did not give me any energy, nor did it help me to lose any weight. It got put away in a box of junk, forgotten about, and will eventually make its way to the trash can. My advice: Don't buy it!

I've been using this product for about six months now. Without changing my routine or eating habits, I've managed to shed a good 19-24 lbs. and the scale's giving me a better outlook seemingly every other week with no end to the good news in sight. Now 20-odd pounds may not seem like much to lose in six months, but this is the first time I managed to shed so much weight, and more profoundly, keep the weight off, in ten years or more. I really can't express in words how good it feels to FINALLY start losing weight. For many years, I was deathly afraid to get near a scale because I knew it wasn't going to improve my mood once I climbed on top of it. Back then, the tightness of my clothes told me all I needed to know, and I was pretty miserable about it. Before my first day on this product, I weighed myself at the none-too-healthy weight of 240lbs. Three days prior to this review, my weight was 218, but for about a week or so, it's been fluctuating about three-to-five pounds, which I've found to be pretty common since I started monitoring my weight loss these past several months. Aside from losing over two+ inches off my waistline and fitting into clothes I haven't worn in years, I also feel more energized, alert, and just generally healthier since I began this supplement. My better half even claims my skin color and overall attitude have improved by leaps and bounds since I discovered Raspberry Ketones. Unless something radically changes and the gains I've made return to where I began (perish the thought), I can unequivocally state that I will be taking this product for many years to come, and I've already gotten my mom and two aunts to try it, and all three lost between 10-30 lbs. since they started taking it. Can't wait to Christmas this year. I have a feeling Santa's going to be extra good to me ;) I feel like Raspberry Ketones is a true game-changer, especially after trying, and failing, with so many other weight loss products that are still on the market, and many of them far, far more expensive than this one. It's one of those times when five stars isn't nearly high enough praise to rate a supremely deserving product, but since that's all Amazon allows, that's exactly what I've been using Raspberry Ketones merited. This is probably the longest review by far I've ever written for a product because I want people to experience the happiness I've felt since discovering it, and the more people I can convince, the better I'll feel. If anyone starts taking Raspberry Ketones and loses as much or more weight than I have, please take the time to let me know about your success. I would brighten my day. Just for a little personal info about myself. I'm a disabled vet with two failed back surgeries under my belt, severe arthritis in the region of the spine (L4/L5- L5/S1) where the doctors performed the surgeries, and as a result of the spine damage, permanent peripheral neuropathy in both feet. Since I'm extremely limited physically, and maintain very consistent eating habits, and haven't added or subtracted any other medication or supplement from my regiment in the last six-eight months, I can only attribute the weight loss to this product. I would recommend Raspberry Ketones to anyone with a physical limitation or handicap,, or to the very blessed souls across this great country who are relatively healthy, but just interested in losing a few pounds for whatever reason. If you're like I was and pretty much lost all faith in dietary supplements that claim to help you lose weight, try just one more, and don't give up if you don't see immediate results. I was halfway through the second bottle - and last, since I was admittedly about to give up - before that first stubborn five pounds disappeared from my life. But after that first month-and-a-half of little improvement, it was like the floodgates had slowly broken open, because the weight finally started consistently coming off, and it still is, today :)

First off, let me begin by saying this review counts for both NatureWise's raspberry ketones AND Garcinia Cambogia since I took both at the same time. They seemed to work in perfect synergy because they definitely did their job! I don't know if them working together boosted their efficacy, but in the 2-3 weeks I took it consistently, I lost about 7 pounds. My diet tends to be full of carbohydrates, sugar, and junk food so my weight tends to stay in the same range that is a little too high for my tall stature. I've never tried any food-based weight loss supplement, but I like many others here heard of this through Doctor Oz and decided to give it a try. Looking up supplements, there's a MYRIAD of supplements to choose from and decided if I'm going to attempt this, at least let it be with a supplement that is consistently rated as the best so I know my money went into something of worth. I had a lot of trouble deciding between raspberry ketones and garcinia cambogia so I took a "risk" and ordered both! My college student-budgeted wallet wasn't too happy, but the curiosity was too great! A few days pass and my two bottles arrive at my door. I would take the first two doses of the Garcinia Cambogia (GC) with raspberry ketones (RK) and take my third daily dose of GC alone. Although I really did like that taking it with food isn't necessary, I'd take it with food and plenty of water to encourage THOROUGH absorption. My next 2-3 weeks went smoothly but I began to take it less consistently due to being so busy with work and school. :( But I was pleased to find I lost 7.5 pounds even though I made no changes other than taking these pills to my daily life! I eventually stopped taking it but saved the RK bottle which had plenty of pills left (GC runs out a lot faster unfortunately and even with my inconsistency, there was not much left) I have to admit, even though I am usually quite a happy and cheerful person, I was positively GLOWING when I was on RK and GC! The energy RK gives you plus the good feelings GC supplies are real! This was all back in 2013 and it is now 2014 and I am back on Naturewise. I am actually doing a low carb/high protein diet as my first diet ever and supplementing Raspberry Ketones with it. I personally believe the raspberry ketones are giving my diet a great boost because I began to lose weight before I even began to go into ketosis which is freaking impressive. I personally believe this low-carb diet magnifies the effect of raspberry ketones because it's a precursor to the ketones your own body will develop. Either way, whether you're on a diet or not, NatureWise's products clearly work!

Actually I didn't like it

I was on a diet for a month prior to using the product and was loosing weight. But horror! I actually gained weight while using the supplement for 5 weeks (still on the same diet). What a waste of money and efforts!
