Easiest secondary warranty company to deal with -- maybe ever. They were prompt, resolved the issue immediately, and I literally had a replacement product in hand before I shipped back the defective item. 100% would recommend.

Gave it 4 stars since the protection plan that Amazon sold me was for a lesser amount than the purchase price of the product that I bought. I accepted the lesser amount and was satisfied with the resolution. The agent that assisted was great and worked through the claim process quickly and issued my refund without any hassles. I normally purchase Asurion protection plan with most of my electronic purchases and have not ever had any problems with claims. Recommend the purchase. Note: Amazon and Asurion need to insure that the complete value of the purchased product is covered with the Asurion plan. So a 49.99 value should have an Asurion plan up to 49.99 value not 39.99 value.
