I bought once & returned, because I couldn't keep the bud twisted into my ear. How do you keep it from twisting out?

My headset came with extra ear bud gels, a smaller size and a larger size. I put the larger size ear bud gel over the ear piece. Mine sits in the ear just fine, no twisting out. You can find the ear bud gels on Amazon. Hope this helps.

Does it work with a Samsung Galaxy s 3

My Jabra headset did not work well at all. There was alot of static in my headset and I could not use it.

Does it work with new MacBooks?

I'm fairly certain that the new MacBooks have a 3.5mm head-phone jack, but I wouldn't recommend using this, as the cord is very short and mine actually stopped working not long after I purchased it.

If this is plugged into an iPhone but turned off, will the phone ring out loud, or only in the headset?

The corded headset doesn't power on/off if you plug it into your phone the headset will ring but I'm pretty sure the phone rings as well, I haven't used it for a while so I forget, but I do know that if it's plugged in its "on"
