Zero everything except taste!!!
If you are attempting to be more health conscience , this product is for you. I bought the sampler pack to find which dressing I really like but I love them all!!!! Having the packets makes it super easy for carrying your lunch to the office or slip a packet in your purse for eating out.

Very disgusting
Sooooooo gross. Tastes really really artificial. I hate that I spent $15 on this lol but for 0 calories/carbs/fats you have to wonder what exactly is in it... but it’s chemicals. And it tastes like chemicals. :(

Nice variety of dressings. A perfect product to store in your desk for “working lunches” or carry in your bag, so as not to be tempted by high-fat dressings when dining out. The Walden Farms dressings taste great, especially when one considers they are virtually calorie-free.
