FScene X Expansion Pack

I regret not getting this years ago. The overall improvement in the default scenery is incredible. No this is not a photo over lay but it does replace the default standard objects and seasons giving FSX a MUCH better look. I have not noticed a FPS hit which only makes this an even better package. If your a "sim pilot" and are looking to improve your flight sim experience this is the place to start.

If you have Microsoft Flight Simulator X, really you don't need this add on. MFSX is a fantastic flight simulator and I play for the past 6 years and now when I can. I only wish Microsoft would create a Google Earth update to the global flight map and make it with a higher resolution. There are several MFS CDs and add ware which are sold and several do add new definition to the game however many of the ground enviroments contradict the ground truth or are sometime generically inaccurate. For instance the L.A. highway system is screwed up and contradicts the night over flight. Streets overlap buildings and builds sprout out of the ground hap-hazardly. Another flop in question being, Ground Environment X North America. If you can't put in the University of Notre Dame's Golden Dome, Library or Football field, plus update or better define other significant city structures, housing differences from east coast from west coast, not to mention land marks or updated cities, I don't know what is meant by their advertising statements. Update: Recently the same company has come out with MORE and BETTER Flight realism CDs!!!!! Tbe new North America is better...however no Notre Dame Golden Dome.... I guess they read my review. The Best upgrade I have seen and installed on my MFSX is "Flight Environment X." It has so many unbelievably accurate Sky and Water environments to choose from it truly make MFSX an even better experience. It is made from a German Company but I have had no issues or glitches on my Microsoft HP desktop. If you find it...get it.

I was very excited to purchase this product but in fact when I got it on the mail and installed it. I felt mehh, looking at the difference of the FSX global texture. I think it didn't make much difference between FSX original global texture and this addon.

This definately enhances the graphics of the landscape and airports. I am totally happy with the improvement this software does with FX FLT Sim. No problems encountered in installation and running of FX Flt Sim.

This software made my screen come alive with realistic scenery. This is not just an add-on with no purpose. It makes Flight Simulator much more pleasing to behold. This software works. The cost is well worth with what you get. The best flight simulation scenery money can buy. The programers were ingenious with this one.

Would recommend game, lots of fun. The graphis are excellent and the reality of the sofware is unbelielable. Great product.

The scenery is not aiport buildings or static planes, etc. It is a more pronounced ground (trees, fences,etc) scenery. I should have read the box first. I would not have bought this product, my bad.

Very little improvement! Not worth the price
