It is now producing fairly wet pulp as opposed to when first in use it was as expected dry pulp. So now importantly I am not getting sufficient liquid which is not good as it is all I'm living on. So to sum up a good weekend appliance for your breakfast juice but not man enough for big usage, will now have to see what customer care system is like!So I contacted the customer service and let me say they were amazing! Nicole answered every email so swiftly and was extremely polite and helpful. After reading the Tech guys response I was able to accept what was said .I am keeping the juicer as it is a very good machine for every day use, easy to clean and reassemble, quick and produces very good clean and no bits juice. I was doubtful that this price range juicer was the machine for what I intended to do I was almost verging on commercial juicing.
