Warranty is not honored.

I have been trying to get a RMA for a unit that failed in the first year. So far, XTRONS have not been responsive. The display screen is intermittent and the touchscreen has failed completely. This looks like a failure of the connection between the radio and the display. XTRONS needs to switch to a gold plated connector.
