With all due respect, none of the answers here addresses the question I believe the asker (and myself) is asking. I believe what the asker (and I) are asking is...Will I burn up my wireless transmitter/receiver if I plug directly into the wall. Vapes purchased also come without a charging block. I went through three of them before I learned that they are meant to be charged by a low voltage source...such as a laptop. 'twas an expensive lesson to have learned.

Is the Transmission range 300ft like it says on the website?

Yes if you are in the middle of the field with just you, your instrument and an amp. You probably could be near 300ft. In the real world with signal competition and interference you’d get 50-75’ may be. Since this is a shorter wave 5.8hz it does not penetrate through walls as well as the 2.4hz. I have not had any problem with connectivity but the unit die on my twice first one and the replacement and no manufacturer supports to be found.

One set can be used if I think what you’re asking! Plug receiver into pedal, on pedal audio out, plug in guitar cord and then plug guitar cord into the amp. If using more than one pedal, daisy chain pedals together and then plug into amp!
