Easy to use. Perfect poach in 4 min 30 sec once water is boiling. Despite what others have complained about the egg wells do NOT overflow. Grade A Large Eggs fit about half way up the egg well. 1. Put an inch to an inch and a half of water in the pan. It should come just up to the bottom of the egg well. Set to boil. 2. Grease the egg wells with a little butter or cooking spray. Crack eggs in them being careful not to break the yolk. 3. When water is boiling, put the eggs in and cover. Let cook for 4 minutes 30 seconds. I did some experimenting with times and for me the above comes out PERFECT every time.

It makes the perfect Poached egg. Easy to make and clean up is super simple! Egg white is on your plate not going down your drain.

This works great! My biggest issue with the poacher I had previously is that it was hard to clean, the egg would get very stuck in the cup no matter how much oil I used. But this product doesn’t give me that issue at all!!! Took a little longer to cook my eggs than some products since I have to use a medium sized pan for this, but they cooked very evenly and well. The quality feels nice too!

this is the first time I ever bought and used an egg poacher insert so I can not compare one to another however I really like it and use it almost ever day. the one thing I would like to see changed is a taller handle to lift it out of a hot pan, using a pair of tongs with silicone tips works but a taller handle would be safer , thanks

This has to be one of my best buys from Amazon. I bought the set of 2. It makes perfect poached eggs. No more ugly poached eggs. Just follow directions and you can't go wrong. I do use a bit of butter to coat the cups so eggs slide out easily. Clean up is easy. Highly recommend if you like poached eggs. Much healthier than fried. Let them cook a bit longer and you have a hard boiled egg without having to peel the shell off.

This is so easy to use and does a great job on poached eggs, as well as hard and soft boiled without needing to shell after cooking. I have backyard chickens and was looking for another way to have my eggs. This is it! So delicious!

Arrived quickly, exactly as described! I had it two weeks and have eaten more perfectly cooked poached eggs & eggs Benedict in that time than in the last five years! Followed the directions: 3/4” of boiling water, sprayed Pam in the egg “holder” and with the egg in the “holder put on a lid for 3min 15 seconds. The eggs dump right out with no sticking and are poached perfectly! Easy cleanup and storage. Absolutely the perfect egg poacher vis-à-vis cooking and clean-up! A+

I’ve only used this once as I don’t make hollandaise sauce very often but it’s easy to use and works great 👍 I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for single use as it’s a two egg poacher. Great value and easy to store due to the size.
