Pimpernel – Blue Italian – Sandwich Tray

Beautiful, I recommend it

Is a perfect size to put under matching soup pot. It is gorgeous. The only problem is soup pot is a beautiful porcelain and the tray is plastic. That’s why it’s only $30. While the pot is $300. But it perfect size and looks great. I love it.

Very cute tray.

Looks great. Light weight. Sturdiness of plastic, not ceramic. Functions in my space for decore.

I absolutely adore this tray! It’s the perfect size and so elegant!

It is Plastic !! Ugly-The drawing is very poor, the color is poor, plastic is not acceptable.

We first bought the placemats a year ago, and decided to buy the very tiny sandwich tray and this tray to add to the collection. The shade of blue differs on all three items (see photo). This tray is melamine, not for anything heavy. Could be used in the bathroom to organize small toiletries or jewelry. Easy to clean and would not be harmed if wet. It could probably hold two small dessert plates. We’ve decided it would be suitable for bringing bread to the table. But avoid cutting anything on the tray itself as it might scratch easily. Side note: the place mats have given our family lots of humorous discussions over whether the man is about to do away with his wife, as it appears he has a farm implement because the image is compressed a bit. The other items in this collection show a more stretched out image, and the wife is in no danger.

There is an old fashioned part of me which likes to have the pleasure of tea...not just a simple mug of tea put together in the microwave, though that's often the case, but a full on....or partly on...pot of tea, especially to share with a friend. This tray would be perfect for little sandwiches, though I put my creamer and sugar container and napkins on mine and use the larger platter for the teapot, cups/saucers/spoons, and a tiered tray for sandwiches and cookies. This particular "sandwich tray" was a lucky find as it coordinates so well with my Blue Willow tea set. In this complicated life, I find that an occasional stopping point for something so simple as an easily put together pot of tea and simple munchies is refreshing and soothing to the spirit. And, it's fun!! Somehow it enriches the conversation if you're with friends, and even if alone, it adds a specialness to your day. It even makes one smile to see it all in the cupboard :-) This was a super purchase which I highly recommend.

Beautiful willow pattern. I like these trays to have on the tables for coffee cups, notepaper, pens, etc. Quite wonderful. Goes with my blue willow teapot and cup ( also from Amazon) as well! I think I will get another tray as it has many uses.

Bonita, ligera y muy útil!

Çok güzel. Çok kaliteli. Kullanışlı. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

C’est du plastique j’ai pas aimer

Wanted another narrow little melamine tray for the kitchen. We use this sort of thing to stand cups on to avoid splashes when making tea / coffee. I have a lot of very old willow pattern plates and my kitchen is blue so I thought this tray would be just right. It is lovely. It is a lighter blue than perhaps it looks in the picture but that isn't a problem and I am delighted with it.
