I had this pillow and loved it so my husband decided to give it a try. We both love that you can adjust the pillow to whatever you need as far as firmness and fluff. You can unzip the pillow to remove some fill, if you need to. They also give you a good size bag of extra fill if you want your pillow firmer or higher. However the pillow is so stuffed and full I can’t imagine anyone needing more fill. When it arrives it is compressed so you need to place in the dryer on low for about 15 minutes or you can just let it sit out for a day. You’ll be amazed at how it grows! Definitely worth every penny.

This is the second Coop Home Goods pillow I have purchased, and I am very happy with the quality. I personally use the Coop Crescent pillow, which has been phenomenal for me, and I decided to try this Original Adjustable Pillow for my husband. He absolutely loves it and says it provides the support and comfort he needs while sleeping. My children also tried it and liked it so much that I will be purchasing two more for them. I really like that the pillow can be adjusted to your preferred comfort level, making it easier to find the right support. After trying different pillows, I can say this one really does what it promises: it provides comfortable support for sleeping. Pros: * Adjustable fill for personalized comfort * Comfortable support for different sleeping positions * Good quality materials * Loved by my husband and children * Helps you find the right pillow height and firmness Cons: * None so far Overall: A great pillow that actually does its job. This is now the second Coop pillow I have purchased, and based on our experience, I will be buying more for my family.

As a patient with lots of hardware in my neck I have invested in many different types of pillows to help with my sleep. Therefore, you can imagine my skepticism but I am always on a mission to find the best pillow for me. A dear friend suggested this pillow because she too deals with neck and shoulder issues. She bought this pillow and it has worked well for her; therefore, I thought I would also give it a try. As recommended by the company I allowed the pillow to settle and open up properly for 24 hours because the pillow was confined in a small box. There is also a smell that most products come with from time to time, which I was disappointed this pillow had a smell given the description but it eventually subsided. After finally being able to use the pillow I had an amazingly good sleep. I love that this company gives you extra fill to allow for you to add more if you need a more firm pillow. You also have the option to remove fill if you choose to make it a softer pillow than it already is and adjust it to your comfort level. The inside material, which is a Cross-Cut Memory Foam & Microfiber Blend is what truly makes this pillow a comfortable and wonderful pillow to sleep on. I am guessing this will also keep the pillow from never going flat, which is a bonus and I hope to never spend anymore money on pillows! The pillow outer fabric cover is very soft and has that luxury feel. I highly recommend this pillow if you too are dealing with neck or shoulder issues like I am. However, keep in mind I have also invested in different types of luxury comfortable soft sheet sets, a new mattress, bed frame that has options to raise the head or foot up and down, which is also helpful with my sleep apnea. I have been sleeping on this pillow for about five days and so far so good. I am actually considering buying a second pillow!

My goodness, the long journey I have been on in order to find the Perfect Pillow to suit my sleeping needs! I think I found the one, this COOP Pillow is the closest to a victor! But let me share my story with you to help you understand! This Pillow was my third attempt at trying to find a perfect "High-End" Pillow for my nightly sleeping needs after having been disappointed by the more expensive $100 Purple Pillow that I received my Refund for when I wasn't satisfied during my 100 night trial as well as the Snuggle-Pedic Pillow that is a direct competitor to Coop here on Amazon. My adventure began with the Purple Pillow, and the most important lesson that I learned from that trial was to take advantage of the trials (Such as this COOP's 100 night trial) and keep buying Pillows until I find the one that is "just right". My suggestion for anybody reading this review would be to do the same, do a little research, and order at least 3-4 Pillows with around 100 night trials that have been highly rated and try each of them to see if you will like it. That is the only possible method to finding the perfect pillow for YOU, because everybody is different, and it doesn't matter how many reviews you read in the end the only way you will know is if you test them yourself! That being said, as I had mentioned earlier I tried 2 "High-End" Pillows before ordering this COOP Pillow and as they say "third time's the charm" because I FINALLY Found the Pillow I decided to keep, this one, the Coop! It's great! I mean it really is, I had SUCH a Hard time not giving this a 5 Star review, it is NEARLY the perfect pillow for me in every way.. except for 1 way and unfortunately I wouldn't be true to myself if I gave a full 5/5 Star Review to a product that has even 1 flaw, which I will explain.. The reason that this Coop pillow that I am overall very happy with is getting a 4 Star review instead of a 5 Star review is that it gets HOT. I mean I can't tell you if it is intentional or not, but the material likes to really stay the same exact temperature as your face if you are laying on your side (as a Side-Sleeper like me for example) while using it. The thing is, because it is the same temperature as your face is, over time your face gets warmer as it is against the pillow, and that in return raises the temperature of the pillow and therefore you begin to sweat and both your face/head and the pillow gets hot and kind of gross so you decide to flip the pillow.. and then everything's all great and shiny stars and jumping sheep until this repeats itself and you have to flip the pillow again. I probably end up flipping my pillow about 4 times a night, which from the "PERFECT" Pillow that I wanted for myself seems like a bit high, I shouldn't have to flip a pillow that is perfect even once in my opinion! HOWEVER, all that aside, I do love this pillow and unless someone can actually recommend to me an even better one (that is similar) I will most likely keep it. The Purple Pillow and the Snugglepedic have been Refunded, this is the last one remaining to choose if I want it to stay, and so far I am leaning toward Yes. To specify, the reason I am still very happy with this pillow is because it provides me with the exact amount of firmness that I require to keep my neck/head level ratio to be comfortable as a Side-Sleeper as well as someone who sleeps on their back from time to time. Not only is it able to provide the exact amount of firmness and support that I require, it does so somehow magically by also being extremely soft and cozy. From the inside stuffing to the Pillow Cover they send with it, everything is SO unbelievable soft it just feels great to squeeze and put your hand through, when I first got it I probably spent hours just squeezing the damn thing because it felt so good to do so haha. No other pillow I have ever tested has this unique sense of softness to it, especially not one that can also provide this amount of firm support. In addition to this, one of my favorite things about this pillow is that Coop also sends you an extra baggy full of Pillow stuffing that you can use in order to provide more support for your pillow, all you gotta do is add more stuffing inside and you can customize your own pillow to your specific needs! I tried this out and added about 40% of the additional stuffing I received from them into the pillow to get the perfect adjustment I need and it worked out great! All of this and they offer the 100 night trial, I would highly recommend this pillow at least to test it out!! Honestly if I don't return it in the end because of the heat issues I am having with it then I will probably keep it and use it forever. If only I could have this SAME EXACT Pillow but w/o it getting so hot so easily, then I would say it is the true perfect pillow of all time!! Well, good luck and happy shopping! Over the years, I have spent a lot of time and money buying pillows. I can never seem to find one that fits my needs. I thought this would be a good option to try because this came up as a top rated pillow from consumer reports. I really think this pillow might be the last pillow I ever need. I saw all the good reviews and I also read all the bad reviews. Pillows are very personal, and a pillow that works for one person may not work for the other person but, I decided to give this a try. I was so excited. This was on sale at Amazon and I got it same day. I have a lot of neck issues and pinched nerves so I thought this pillow would help. Once I took it out of the box, I fluffed it up by hand because I don’t have a dryer. Within 15 minutes the pillow was really fluffy. I tested it out. I’m a side sleeper. It didn’t work too well. I removed some of the stuffing which is luxuriously soft. And it seemed to be comfortable. This morning I woke up with a horrible neck and headache. So, I took a little more stuffing out. It seems to feel better now. This gives just the right amount of support. It doesn’t give too much pushback and it also doesn’t go flat. Yes, this will flatten out a little bit when you lay your head on it, but not completely to the mattress flat. I fluff it up before I go to bed and it works great. I think I have it at just the right thickness but we will see how it goes. Surprisingly, it was not too hot for me like others have reported. I do have a temperature control system on the bed so maybe that’s why the pillow temperature didn’t bother me as much. I did not have any pain in my ears from sleeping on a hard pillow. That was a big plus. It gives Justin enough support and not too much pressure so it’s perfect. The outer shell is really nice. The shell and zippers seem to be good quality. I still use a genuine silk pillowcase because I like it. I think this is my forever pillow. I will add an update after I use it for a while if anything changes. I am hoping for good durability. Last thing, this also comes with extra stuffing if you like your pillow, extra high, or if your pillow starts to go flat, you have more stuffing to put in it. Putting your pillow out in the sun or in the dryer once every couple of months will help to keep it fluffy. I don’t think I would ever wash the foam on the inside. There’s no reason for that. The outer shell is what’s going to get most dirty. Just know, I liked it so much I bought another one immediately.

I love my COOP Pillow. I’m a back and side sleeper and got this to help manage TOS. I took some fill out from the center, maybe 1/4 or a little less and slept last night on it. Took a little more out today. And it’s even better. Pillow comes with extra fill which I assume most won’t need. Case smells a little from being Cooped up but washed this morning and it’s soft and perfect. Husband wants one now too.

Great Pillow!!! I'm a stomach/side sleeper and the adjustable pillow is a game changer for comfort. The shredded memory foam is great because the pillow isn't too firm and it's actually super comfortable to lay on. It retains it's shape really well. I plan to buy the body pillow from coop as well. Combined with my new mattress, this pillow has helped my sleep improve greatly.

My husband got one of these pillows and it was amazing. After fluffing it in the dryer he was able to sleep on it the same day it had arrived. I ordered one and it had a horrible strong skunk-like odor. I ran it through the dryer multiple times the first day and it did not fade in the least. Over three weeks, I have let it air out and put it through the dryer to tumble anytime I wasn't otherwise using the dryer. The smell has largely dissipated but lingers still, so I haven't been able to sleep with it yet after three weeks because I don't want to bury my face in that horrible smell, however faint. I had requested a replacement after a week, when the smell hadn't gone away, but when the replacement arrived it had that same strong bad odor and I could smell it without even opening the plastic wrap, so I sent the replacement back. Thanks to Amazon customer service for trying to replace it, though. I will keep trying to air this pillow out so I can use it, as it really is comfortable and supportive. My husband got a good one, but I have received two stinky ones, so be aware you may, as well.

Really soft shredded foam that moulds to head, neck and shoulders. Adjustable height. I removed about a third of the pile. I’ve tried a lot of memory foam and other pillows as I have a chronic neck problem. This is the best pillow I’ve tried and has helped me recover from tight knotted muscles to feeling Ok. Queen size is a bit bigger than standard UK pillow and needs a slightly bigger pillow case, Amazon have them of course ! I have one in silk for the ultimate in luxury !

I have bought so many pillows & spent so much money but none of them have been right for me.I asked chat GPT for the best pillow for side sleeper.This was was one of them.I received the pillow yesterday & I tried it last night.I woke up this morning not feeling sore in the neck or the shoulder.Finally I found my perfect pillow.

Ok, I’ve just erased my initial review. When I got this pillow I hated it! It smelled so bad. I had to leave it out a week and that was also after putting it in the dryer, BUT!! As much of a hassle that was!! It was worth the wait! This is the BEST pillow I’ve ever had! I must be really sensitive to smells because this affected me badly, but if you can wait out the smell it’s so worth it!! I’ve never had such a comfortable pillow in all my life! It supports my neck and shoulder. I’m a side sleeper so that’s important. I am not waking up anymore with a painful neck and I’m so happy I bought it and decided to keep going even when I thought I wanted to send it back! I fully recommend this pillow. It’s absolutely wonderful ❤️
