Ronda 515 Quartz Watch Movement for Watches

An inexpensive way to renew your watch. Perfect form, fit, and function. Just know that you're going to need a few more tools to complete the job.

I used to replace my Ronda 515 in a Wegner 200 m water resistant Swiss military watch. Appears to be keeping time correctly. Date window is working correctly. So far very pleased.

Item arrived a few days earlier than expected. It was a direct replacement for an old watch I had with a Ronda 515 movement that failed. It fit perfectly and worked as expected. Has been keeping good time for several days now and no issues.

I had a 12 year old Victorinox watch that I smacked one too many times against a hard surface. I took the watch apart and found it was a Ronda 515 movement inside the watch. This movement was a perfect replacement. I watched the online videos on repairing a Swiss Army Watch and had most of the tools already. I needed to buy the hand removal tool (also for sale here on Amazon). It took me about an hour to watch the "how to" video and then replace the movement in my watch. It was the first time I've ever replaced a watch movement.

I ordered this movement as an exact replacement. It worked perfectly for 3 days then stopped. I replaced the battery to no avail. Second movement ordered to replace the replacement. This time I tested it and it was dead on arrival. Replaced battery with a fresh one and it still will not work.

Not exactly the same as the original in my Victorinox Swiss Army watch, The seconds shaft is much thinner and so the original hand cannot be fitted. The hour and the minutes hands fit OK. Slightly disappointed, but it works minus a seconds hand of course.

Replaced original Ronda 315 that was in a Swiss Army watch. The 515 fits perfectly but has a different style stem. It keeps very good time. In the first month it's almost 1 second fast.

This product was faulty the movement dos not keep time stops after all the tedious work of switching the old movement this one is junk a waste of my time money and effort. Oops I have to amend my review because I made a mistake when replacing the hands I put the original second hand on a new set of hands and it is what caused the problem I now have to remove the second hand and install the proper one that came with the new set.
