They work better on white, but dark colored markers might show up on denim. If you have a small swatch of denim, that would be the smartest thing to try first. I do like the markers. They are easy to work with. **Q: Does it come in white marker?** A: No, but they have small bottles of fabric paints that come in white. The paints are thin, tho, so it's iffy if it would cover.
