Taste Nirvana, Coconut Water, 9.5 Ounce

Turns out that I'm not drinking Coconut water as a substitute for a sports drink. Yes, potassium is an electrolyte and I am drinking it for its high level of potassium. Turns out, my diet, not as in diet to gain/lose weight, but as in what I eat daily, is deficient in potassium. The US RDA for potassium in 4.7grams, yes grams. The ratio of potassium, K, to sodium, Na, should be between 4:1 and 5:1. I was taking in too much Na and about 1/2 of the 4.7grams RDA of K. I started having problems with swollen feet and legs which makes every joint that is swollen, a lot in the ankles and feet, feel stiff and some might say painful. My nutritionist wants me to get as much K from food sources as possible to avoid having to take K supplements. When K or any macro or micronutrient is in the food naturally, there's all sorts of other good things in that same food that enhance things like absorption or become catalyst for other essential chemical reactions that we need.I am unfortunately cursed with a sweet tooth and prefer C20's coconut water (with pulp) over this one, but something is very unusual about "Taste Real Nirvana Coconut Water" and it is a good thing. It isn't sweet and usually I'd be adding stevia or something, but I am not. It is really good as is! I like it super cold and have no problems drinking the whole bottle. Me drinking something that is not sweet is unheard of. I like this idea and I hope it becomes contagious!Mild coconutty flavor, like essence of coconut, and finishes clean. Very pleasant, especially cold.

Try it ... you'll love it! (The kind in the small glass bottles -I cant attest to the cans, as I have never tried them and some people have said negative things about the canned variety.) But if you buy these, you will not be sorry. It really IS the best tasting one around. And I have tried all of them. And some are good ... but this one is the BEST! (Vita coco is really awful -sour tasting to me.) And some have additives, or are from concentrate. But this one is fresh and pure ... and tastes it. My store no longer carries this, so I will be buying this regularly. A little better price than my store, and free shipping. So you cant beat it! Serve cold and enjoy!Edit: As for ordering this on-line ... I just ordered this a couple of weeks ago and planned on getting 2 or 3 more cases (12 packs) this month, but I will NOT be ... as they raised the price almost a dollar a bottle more. My local store is now cheaper (over .70 cents a bottle) and I get the bonus perks for shopping there, so why would I go through the hassle of ordering through Amazon, AND having to pay MORE?

This brand of coconut water is by far the best there is out there. I have bought the cans several times and have had no complaints. However, I had read reviews about these glass jars being delivered broken, but thought that it must have just been bad luck for a few people. Took the chance and the box showed up soaked through. There was a sticker on the box saying that it was fragile, but obviously whoever handles these packages does not know how to read. Either that, or these jars should be packed differently, maybe with bubble wrap or something around each individual jar.Will not be buying the glass packaging ever again, but I will stick with the brand.

Best tasting coconut water I've ever tasted.

I have tried so many coconut waters, and they are okay, but none of them have bottles with caps or a great taste. Well, this lacks that weird coconut water taste, almost more what youd expect coconut cream to taste like! They have one ingredient: natural coconut, a bigger/sweeter coconut from a part of thailand. It is expensive, but the bottle/cap and taste make up for it completely. These are cheaper on amazon than at my local store and its easier to buy in bulk anyway, since coconut water has electrolytes.

I JUST received my Nirvana coconut water and WOWZA! I LOVE THIS STUFF! I have tried SO many different brands and they are either full of junk other than coconut water or they are bitter or bland. This was exactly what I've been looking for since my vacation to the Bahamas 20 years ago and I had an actual coconut with a straw stuck in it! BINGO! 😀 I'm going to purchase the same brand with the pulp now! I will post my review on that when it arrives. And then I'll try the cans and post that review. Yummmmm!🌴(And they were packed very well!)
