Can you charge this using the oxygen concentrator or do you need an external charger

didnt a charger come with you oxygen concentrator? When i got my Inogen concentrator the charger came along. I bought a extra battery to use when I will be out of the house.

How many hours can you expect to get altogether before having to replace the double battery

There are a few setting you have to control how much air is provided. Depending on the setting, battery time changes. There is also a couple of type of batteries you can use. There is a single cell battery or a 2 cell one. My wife usually uses setting 2 or 3 and you can depend on about 3 hours of use for a single cell battery. Using the double cell battery your looking at about 5 hours. Again this what my wife has experienced. Time really depends on battery type, settings that control how much oxygen is provided, and also breathing rate i.e. how slow/fast your breaths are.
