I use Polly Plastics heat moldable plastic sheets to repair older Blow molds that I have. I am repairing my Easter Bunny. The thickness and size of the sheets works well.

I have never used this product before and was impressed how easy it is to use

This is my go-to thermal plastic. it comes in these nice sheets which you can cut down to size and heat up in what way you choose. however I would not use a torch as that will make a smoke or odor. it's much better to use a small frying pan and a heat gun to make this material malleable. Once it is malleable you can form it and whatever way your creativity allows you to do so. but be careful because this material is hot once malleable. therefore use some small spoons or something to scoop it out of the frying pan or whatever else you are using to heat up this material. Consult the provided literature that comes with it for better instructions.

Exactly as described

This stuff is awesome. Needed it for decorating my sons power wheels for a derby. I used air dry clay to create a mold for the plastic to melt over then allowed to cool and popped off the clay. Then I melted the edges of several pieces to create larger pieces. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the material bubbles and creates a bumpy surface. It does it in random spots and didn't seem to smooth with any troubshooting. All in all it a great item to have to make all types of projects. Super cool stuff!

Whatever purpose you may initially buy this for, it is quite useful (and fun) for a whole lot more. I casted a removable helmet for my kid’s dinosaur’s head; casted a broken dino leg for another—just countless uses to satisfy the wonders of childhood!!

Was tasked by my son for an abyss watcher costume and we got it done by Halloween. Easy to use with a heat gun on low and could probably even use a hair dryer. Bought extra just to add to craft supply.

I tried to do this using only hot water and it basically turns into a plasticy goop that is too hot to hold its shape. With the water method it's either too hard to mold or too runny to mold it. I'd suggest investing in the heat gun for more control
