I'm a size 34B. would small or medium fit better?

I would get medium They are tight fitted and u can adjust the back clips tighter as needed I got the xl because I'm a little bigger and it does the job :) ( I use it to protect my chest from an aggressive student I work with) hope this helps. U don't want this to be too tight or u will be miserable in it ( sweaty sticky and hot ) I suggest warring it over a tank top or bra/sports bra....
