Do these measure 14x14 when hung together as a whole OR 14x14 for each square to total 28x28 when hung as a unit?

Each square is 14 x 14. They are very nice. I hung mine separately, but in a horizontal pattern. Great for the price!

Can someone explain how to use the white plastic pieces to hang these prints?

I did not have any white plastic pieces. There were only the sawtooth hanging pieces attached to each picture. Very easy to hang and center! LOVE my pictures!

What are the 4 plastic round things that have 3 tiny nails in them for?

Each picture is a great canvas. The only thing I can think of would be mounting. I gave these as a gift. Adds some flair with a Boho Southwestern flair.
