Gentle and Effective
I’ve been taking this iron supplement for a little while now and am very pleased with it. As the name suggests, it is truly gentle on my stomach I haven't experienced any of the discomfort or digestive issues that I've had with other iron supplements in the past. Ironically, although these are smooth capsules, I’m not able to swallow them whole and have to chew them, instead!🤣🤣 But practically as soon as it was swallowed, I felt my eyes widen a tad. For someone who finds 18 mg too low, and 65 mg way too high, these 28 mg ones are definitely gentle, and are doing just fine so far!
