Review: Gorgeous pieces, only downfall was the packaging - Bought this for my 11 year old as a birthday gift to play with on the chess board he and his dad made together. The chessmen are beautiful with incredible detail and well made. The only thing I did not like was they were shipped in just their packaging—there was no outer box or wrapping so the box (which we intended to use for storage of the pieces between matches) was ripped in several places and has an ugly shipping label on it. For the cost of these pieces (95 bucks after taxes and such) more care should have gone into the shipping to protect the integrity of the box and added protection of the pieces inside.
Review: Great quality - Great addition to our firehouse. Pieces are well painted, detailed, sturdy, and a great size. Slightly pricey, but well worth the cost.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality

Great addition to our firehouse. Pieces are well painted, detailed, sturdy, and a great size. Slightly pricey, but well worth the cost.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Could be considered more decorative than functional due to fragility
*by S***7 on April 20, 2021*

Very well detailed sculptures and great color. Can't speak to the durability yet but I noticed that one of the pieces (Pegasus- Knight) had its front feet/hoofs chipped/broken off and the broken piece was not in the box. This means that the units may be very fragile and have to be handled with care. If they fall or handled roughly, you may loose a wing or a shield, depending on the piece. Definitely not for industrial, rigorous, everyday use. More decorative.
