Perfect!
Perfect replacement, works great! Found the headphones in a thrift store for $4, this battery got them working like new.

Battery for an older model headset, battery must be a few years old...works for 30 minutes
The battery comes in a white box with a bar code and text for what model headphone. It fits the battery compartment so its the right model. I charged the battery overnight to ensure a full charge. Next day, used the headphone. Battery lasted 30 minutes. Charged it again. Lasted 30 minutes. My guess this is an 'new' battery that has been in inventory for a few years. It no longer holds a charge. Will be looking elswhere for a battery. Probably not on Amazon.

Ok, but not ideal if you want a direct replacement
Buyer beware: Many people in the reviews mention short battery life and there's a reason for that. The OEM battery is a Lithium-Ion battery whereas these are Lithium-Polymer. This is a problem due to the fact that the built in charging system from the Parrot Zik headphones is designed for Lithium-Ion which generally charges to a slightly lower voltage than the Lithium-Polymer. Therefore the charging stops, (thinking it's completed), before the Lithium-Polymer version of this battery is at full voltage and capacity, resulting in poor performance. I built my own stand alone Lithium-Polymer charger for these and with proper charge they give close to the same performance as the OEM Lithium-Ion battery. Worth the money
Needed a new battery as well as cushions and bought these as part of the bundle and it was spot on. Works as advertised and arrived packaged superbly. This seller is spot on.

Works perfectly
I use a ZIK Parrot headphone that needs this battery. I purchased a different version that once had worked, but not does not fit the charger properly and will not charge. This one works. Note that some of these do not hold the same amount of charge as the original battery (at east they seem to have a shorter battery life) but they do work.
