What it is great for is covering wires that your pet (rabbit) will otherwise chew on. It slips over the cables/wires easily and you can see if he starts chewing and replace it before a wire is cut. Before that, I lost a lot of wires. Then, I would buy plastic tubing and manually cut it. Not recommended. This solves the problem.
