I need to know the voltage is it 18v or 17v, cuz the picture says 18v and the description says 17v, so what is it?

I just rec'd it today and I'm noticing the difference btwn. the picture and the description. I'm going to return it. Not cool. I Googled: Can I use a charger with lower voltage than the original? Lower voltage charger will do no harm but may not deliver enough charge.

Will this fit a tapco mix50?

I don't own a Tapco but the images I can find online of that unit looks like the same power input that my Depusheng's have.
