I was mixing my protein powder shakes with a spoon in a glass. Still had clumps and sludge float to the top. This shaker solves this. I add the protein powder, then add milk, and shake... After a few shakes everything is mixed with no clumps or top sludge. I pour it into a glass to drink. Plastic is BPF free, but I prefer glass. Top is wide enough to fit the protein scoop, so no spills. So far no leaks. I use at home. I have a stainless steel cup for the gym. The measurements on the side is helpful, but I just eyeball it. Get the 28 oz size. I think the 20 oz will be too small. The 28 oz provides more space for shaking. Nice quality, round stainless steel ball mixes well. Easy to clean.
