Review: Beautiful electric cable form lamps - A whole series of beautiful colours from this supplier - I used this for a mid-century lamp - to give it more authenticity. The wires are easy to cut and shred the ends to fix into the lamp and the plug. I bought the length to run behind the log sofa. Very nice product, beautifully twined and authentic to cable from way back!
Review: Good value - Looks really authentic.

After spending a long time deliberating on the colour... I wish that I had chosen black! But the wire itself is great if you are after the period 'look' and unless you have a lot of lights, buying a couple of metres this way makes sense. Stripping the outer covering isn't too tricky, although you have to be careful not to allow the two parts to beoome untwisted (it would kind of defeat the point, wouldn't it?). If you are restoring a lamp or finishing off a new project, this wire will make all the difference - recommended.
