I bought this before I fully looked up the anatomy of hallux valgus ( bunions) Basically the metatarsal ( the foot bone below the toe) can be shifting outwards so the toe moves inwards to compensate. I suspect that toepost sandals forcing the metatarsals apart (& not enough arch support in my trainers) worsened my problem, so seperating big from 2nd toe would exacerbate further!! Things improved once I bought some physio strapping & with the help of various youtube videos ( ballet physio was best) applied it to support my metatarsal heads & arch & looked at the mechanics of my gait instead.

These are great quality and really helpful. Took a couple of days to get use to but they helped with pain relief straight away which was the main issue for me. The products are great quality and easy to clean.

All worked and helped with pain relief but everything just fell apart within 3 weeks of use.
