could I use for hatchling?

The sticks are too large for hatchlings. But it should work when they soften up, or if you break them into smaller pieces (but avoid letting anything too powdery fall into the water. Food powder will sludge up the tank real fast.) However, it's not a growth formula, so if you can find something with a smaller pellet, that's a little higher in fat and protein, that's what I'd recommend. (I know that's not easy though!) Either way, it'll be sufficient and safe, but not my *ideal* choice. It's been a while since I've had a baby turt. :)

Yeah it's 20oz, it used to let you select which size the 7 or the 20 so I think they just forgot to change the pic.

Is this the same food as the hikari aquatic multi-colored turtle sticks?  my turtle only eats that now, and i cannot find it any longer.

I am not familiar with the multi-colored sticks. The sticks in this food are not multi-colored, but my Ouachita Map Turtle loves it
