I'm not sure how the rust guarantee would work as there seems to be lots of reasons why you may not be able to claim. I used small plastic washers on the screws as this was one of the things they said would invalidate the guarantee if the screw heads penetrated the chrome. Also please be aware that with only two screws securing the item to the wall, and not wanting to overtighten them for fear of cracking a tile, the unit can pivot on these and therefore keeping it level may require frequent adjustment. Two screws on either side would have prevented this. The vague guarantee and screw fixing arrangements prevented me from giving this item 5 stars which is a shame.

Perfect replacement for old one. Screw holes slightly different - but easy to fix with widening the holes in the tiles.

Rusting after only 2 months. Very poor quality, and annoying that I will need to find a better option with the same hole spacing to replace them. or have to drill new holes into the tiles.

Fits perfectly in corner of shower, and holds four to five bottles of washing products.

The five year warranty is meaningless. I have bought two of these and expect them to last around three years, by which time they are quite rusty. But, for the money are still a reasonable buy

Good product but did have a scratch on it when opened. Luckily it was out of sight when installed
