Look 6007190200 KEO Bi Material Cleat - Grey was made by Look engineers optimizing all of the characteristics of the cleat, and especially the bearing surface. Even though the KEO cleat is smaller, it has a greater platform surface than the Delta cleat. This new cleat format had been developed for the purposes of losing weight on the pedal - cleat assembly while remaining compatible with all shoes on the market. The cleat size therefore was reduced while retaining the three attachment points of the old Delta standard along with the operating kinematic (pivot point located in the front of the cleat). With KEO standard, engagement and disengagement are even easier and more efficient. The memory clip memorizes the exact position of the cleat during cleat replacement.

Excellent Road Bike Cleats, Designed For Riding, Not Walking
Ive been riding Look pedals for thirty years. I can’t say if it’s the best clipless pedal system, but it works for me. I use the red cleats with the most float. The Keo cleats work well, and they’re fairly durable. I ride about 5,000 miles a year and usually only replace the side I use to put my foot down about once per season. The other side cleat lasts at least twice as long. I always use Look Keo cleat covers when off the bike, I put them on immediately. If you want to wear out these cleats right away use them for walking, not riding. Many one star reviews complain that these cleats are slippery, or hard to walk on, or wear quickly while walking. Yes, yes, and yes. They’re road bike cleats designed to provide a wide and stable platform while riding, with good power transfer and secure engagement and release. These cleats do all that very well.If you want to be able to easily walk when cycling buy mountain bike pedals and cleats.

Miss the grip
I miss the old grip pads on the Look Keo pedals from a few years back. While I like the body and material better overall, I have found my foot slipping out on more than one occasion, especially on fresh blacktop or oily areas which frequently land around traffic signals where one would be more inclined to unclip.

I love it!
5 stars! Delivery was on time, I received what is described by the seller. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now with more than 500 km. It’s lighter compared to my previous cleats plus the tour d’ france logo it’s a great deal! I would highly recommend it to all newbie and even seasoned cyclist.

Nothing sexy about these.
They do one job and do a great job of it. A lot of riders get concerned about knee/hip issues when talking about fixed cleats - get a proper bike fit, pedal assessment and cleat adjustment and you'll not have anything to worry about. Fixed cleats will help you put more power down to the back wheel and having the cleans set by a professional will ensure you don't cause yourself any foot/knee/hip pain.

my personal experience with the look keo red cleat
Excellent product! I like the flexibility and adaptability afforded by the screw and washer system. The white Teflon bi-material takes one heck of a beating but the sides of the clip aren't as resilient. On an older pair of mine, the outer edge near the screw hole lost a shark bite of plastic due to a hard stop. I find the rubber stopper in the center of the cleat wears quite a bit in the red 9 degree float version (I guess I wiggle my feet in the pedals quite a bit). The ENTIRE cleat gets well eaten by asphalt if you decide not to come to a complete stop and waggle your foot out on the pavement to smooth any stopping. So... stop FULLY then drop your foot to make contact with the pavement. Also consider cleat covers for bumbling around off of the bike these SHOULD be sold in a package all together... but they aren't. I honestly can't figure out why not.

Poor quality control
One of the screws was completely smooth. It had zero threads on it. Pretty disappointing. Buy cheap, expect cheap. Lesson learned.
