I bought a different one (the green one in the pictures) that was smaller and I kept getting scratched or pinched by the plastic ring so I ordered this one that was like twice as big. It is amazing. I've used it both hot and cold and it holds the temperature for a decent amount of time. I can use it on any sore muscle and it hurts so good. For $20 it is definitely worth buying.

This is a great product for icing and rolling out inflammation in smooth tissue and muscle. It works in a few minutes vs an ice pack for 30 minutes. It is perfect size to target specific area. Love it!

Hard keeping it cool very long regardless of fridge time or freezing it. A great massager though!

This is one of the smartest products I’ve purchased in years! I haven’t been paid for this and bought it because of a recent injury. It was cold coming out of the box. I didn’t even realize it could also be put in warm water to be heated. After I put it in the fridge to cool it it stayed cold for hours. Better than any ice pack or other product I’ve ever used. I’ll buy these as gifts.

This ice ball helped me so much. Saved me from suffering. I use it daily and I have told everyone I know to buy it. It is wonderful and I truly mean it. I only use it cold.

I love this massage ball. I don’t even freeze it or chill it because it stays naturally quite cold. I have a lot of back pain and my boyfriend isn’t the best at giving massages so all I have to do is ask him to roll my back and it feels amazing. I highly recommend this product! Even after workouts I use it on my legs to help with soreness and it helps so much. I read some issues with these massage rollers pinching skin, but I have never had an issue with this specific product.

This is actually a really cool massager. The ball is a perfect size and gets deep down in the muscles depending on how much pressure is used. I've gotten quite a few knots out using this. The disappointment is that it falls apart while using it. The piece that screws on to hold the ball in place is not well made. If it stayed together better, I would definitely have given it five stars

Stays cold for a looong time. A little pricey but worth it

As soon as you hold it in your hand, it seems like a sturdy product, that isn't flimsy (something I read in reviews of similar rollers) and is actually quite well made. More to the point, it's good fun (can be really tingly on your legs if you're ticklish which is nice) and helps with soreness / stiffness pretty much anywhere reasonable that you try it. Of course, it's not some magic wand but it definitely helps. Haven't frozen it, so can't comment on how long the coldness lasts. If you put it in hot water for 2-3 minutes, then it'll easily last 15 - haven't tried keeping it heated for longer but there's a liquid inside of the ball that you can hear occasionally when rolling, so i'd imagine that keeping the ball in heated water for a longer time will keep the ball warm for a longer length of time. No complaints at all, but have never had a massage roller before, so I am leaving room for improvement, hence the 4-star rating.

Reçu très très très rapidement et j’adore. Ça me permet de me dénouer les noeuds que j’ai près des trapèzes! Très confortablement à tenir et je peux masser bien des endroits. Je recommande! Surtout que celle-ci, la peau ne coince pas quand tu roule.
