Is the color on the outside of the pen close to sky blue?

The blue ink is a typical blue ink that you'd find in most pens with blue ink. I wondered the same thing, as the blue color on the pen photo on my monitor appears to be a sky blue. It is light blue plastic on the PEN, but the INK is a normal blue ink. Hope that helps anyone else wondering.
