Awesome! Works great and easy to use. Must use small to medium size round pellets to get good results.

This is the worst fish feeder I have ever ran across. First off the instruction are not printed clearly the writing are smudged making it on clear to read. Second, it is supposed to be rechargeable but it does not maintain a charge once you unplug it is cuts off. Third, I installed the 4 backup batteries and the battery door cove is not making connection to the installed battery you have to squeeze the cover to see it light up. Once released it cut right off again. This product does not even deserve a Star but that the lowest rating I can give. Amazon need to start removing these type of products or merchants from selling these type of garbage on their site. The concept of the product is good but the build is garbage. Would not recommend anyone to purchase this feeder as you will end up returning it like I did.

I've been using this for a while now and it does it's job pretty good. The portions are a bit large, but putting a piece of tape across the bottom of the food bowl (not exactly easy to do) will restrict the amount that gets dumped in the tank. The stand seems just sturdy enough to hold it up, but the weight of the unit causes it to sag down a little. The stubs on the bracket are a tight enough fit to hold the unit in place.What would be a good design improvement would be to put an adjustable barrier, controlled by a knob, that allows the 'drain' aperture to be restricted/unrestricted. This would allow better control of portioning. As is, you'll have to test the size of the restriction tape to portions manually to get the right amount.

Seemed like the perfect product, needed something more sealed compared to my last fish feeder. Overall the build quality is good and it was easy to program. Unfortunately my issue was that the amount dispensed for a single serving was far too much for my 100L tank, my fish got a weeks worth of food in one serving :(Cant find a way to tweak the basket to serve less food as its quite internal, wish the single serving was much smaller in size that way it could accommodate smaller quantities and just increase the serving rotations as needed. Currently using fish pellets but will likely try and switch to something bigger or see if i can tweak the internal chamber somehow to serve less.

This feeder works very well! I like that it allows 4 different feeding times and the option of how much food for each feeding! I would recommend!

I wanted this product to work for my tank. I have a 45 gallon tank and about 12 fish, of varying sizes. The set up is easy and straightforward. I love that you can feed up to 4 times a day on timers. However, the smallest portion is still way too big of a portion for even my 12 fish. There were piles of leftover pellets. I had to get out the vac an hour after the first feeding. We got this because we'll be away for 5 days, but I am worried it will pile up and cause my water levels to spike. If you have a larger tank with a lot more fish, it may work perfectly for you.

Hi. This died while still in testing phase (I put it over a large cup to set fish food quantity). One drop fine. Then I see EE:EE. Nothing in the manual and the company didn't respond to email. So I'm returning. Not sure this is robust. Perhaps you'll have a different experience?Edit 9/25/2019After this went live the company got back to me. Things I learned EE:EE means that the feed has been blocked. They informed me that there is a maximum 4 mm diameter. I have been feeding pond sticks (175 gal aquarium feeding koi). The pond sticks are cylinders with a diameter of 3.5 mm and a length that varies between 10mm and 13 mm. What I think they mean is spheres of 4 mm diameter.So in conclusion, this may be a 5 star product for other people. For me it is a 1 star unit. I would suggest to the manufacturer additional published information saying this and probably other techincal information. Thank you for your time and I hope this is helpful for you.

I was always a pretty old school guy when it came to feeding my fish, but Petfull has changed that. In a short period of time this feeder has proven to be a game changer. I simply set the amount and interval I want to feed and BOOM, done. Definitely would recommend both for experienced and novice fish parents!
