NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Matte Lipstick - Pale Pink (Light Blue-Toned Pink)

This is one of my go-to red lipstick shades. It applies smoothly and provides opacity with one coat. I really like that it’s matte, but it doesn’t feel drying like a lot of other matte lipsticks tend to be. It feels lightweight and isn’t sticky—making it super comfortable to wear for extended periods. It isn’t transfer proof, so I like to wear a lip liner with this to ensure it lasts a little longer before I need to touch it up, and I try to avoid eating or drinking (at least without a straw) when I’m wearing this lipstick in order to prevent making a mess on my face. The lip liner helps prevent feathering, too. Since this lipstick is so pigmented, it leaves behind a nice red stain even as it wears off.

Thus is the real deal. Soft and silky lipstick. I tried finding this everywhere. When I found it I bought two. Hope you keep this in stock. My favorite lipstick and the color matches my skin tone perfectly.

I should have looked up swatches before choosing a color. The actual color is waaay darker and brighter than what is pictured, and it seems to be true for all shades. I bought the color Audrey. It's a beautiful color but is not what's shown. The actual color is more like the picture they have for the color Tea Rose. It's a gorgeous rosy pink that complements my pale skin perfectly, but I was expecting something much lighter. So forewarning to anyone thinking of purchasing these, look up some swatches beforehand because the colors are way off. That being said, the lipstick itself is great. It goes on smooth and doesn't dry out your lips. It feels very creamy while still remaining matte. It lasts a decent amount of time, too. I only had to reapply after eating and drinking. I'm definitely going to be purchasing some more colors, but I'm going to need to do a little more research to decide which color I want because these are way off. My only complaint, aside from the color, is that the cap is incredibly difficult to take off. I feel like I'm going to break it everytime I want to use it. It may just be the one I got though.

I bought the NYX Matte Lipstick in Merlot for my 12-year-old daughter to wear for her dance performances, and it was PERFECT. The color is a beautiful deep red that really pops on stage under bright lights without looking too dark or harsh on her. It goes on smoothly, feels lightweight, and didn’t dry her lips out like some matte lipsticks can. Most importantly — it stayed put! She danced for hours, sweated under stage lights, drank water, and it barely budged. I only had to do a tiny touch-up before awards. For the price, the quality is amazing. It looks way more high-end than it is. We’ll definitely be buying more shades for competition season!

This is the perfect warm greige

I bought the color Sierra. I have had success with NYX's matte lippies in the past because of how creamy and smooth they go on. However, the color never matches the photo. I've only ordered one other lipstick from Amazon and it was a NYX lippie in Tea Rose. The color of that was incredibly darker, just like Sierra. Immediately upon opening, I see how dark the product looks. Very unlike the photo. If you look up photos of Sierra online, it looks super light which frustrates me and confuses me. I can never get a right color from NYX matte lipsticks. I wish they were consistent, and unfortunately this color is a DUD for me. I was looking for a nude but I came out with a near-on RED. Certainly can't wear this to work. Next time I buy a lipstick I'll go to ULTA so I know I can return it if it turns out bad.

This is a very good matte lipstick. The factors I use to determine this are ease of use, true to color, fragrance/taste, texture, and lasting power. First of all, the tube is just like any other lipstick. It was new, sealed, sent to me in a box which was way bigger than I expected. It twists up like any other lipstick. Stays up, goes down like it's supposed to function. Is it true to color? Yes, and no. I think that the lighting of the photo shown here on the product description seems much brighter than it should be. The lipstick is a gorgeous glam color. I think it's just perfect and I love it. But I will say that I checked MANY other pics and swatches prior to purchasing and determined based on blogger opinions whether this would suit my skin color. It works. I love it because it can be natural and everyday as well as glammed up with some serious eye makeup. The lipstick itself is matte so you have to be aware that the texture is going to be slightly thicker than your average glossy or even just regular lipstick. I'm okay with this because it's matte and it needs to stay put. I drink a lot of tea during the day and water from a bottle and it still stayed fairly in place. That was a great plus for me. But I'm also careful about dabbing and not wiping my mouth with a napkin because it's like just removing your lipstick at the end of the day. I would recommend it. And I am going to look into getting more colors too. Hope this helps you!

Consegna avvenuta in 11 giorni. Pacco ben fatto. Il rossetto è un bel rosso intenso, si stende in modo uniforme e non mi lascia macchie con il tempo. Io lo indosso sempre con una matita labbra per aumentare la tenuta e, a meno che non si mangia, dura intatto per ore! Sono molto contenta dell'acquisto, io lo consiglio per la qualità ma anche per il prezzo.

El color está precioso. Lo recomiendo muchísimo a las mujeres que les gustna los colores intensos. No se quita el color, siempre está ahí.

Very good lipistic and long staying one

Super schöner altrosa nude-ton. Ich denke der steht jedem Hautton. Man kann ihn sowohl zum Alltagslook, als auch zum eleganten Abend make-up gut tragen. Die Farbe ist bei NYX produkten erfahrungsgemäß kräftiger und intensiver als auf den Bildern erkennbar. Habe auch die Farbe ¨Merlot¨, ebenfalls ein schöner pinkiger rotton. Der Lippenstift hält bei mir so lange, bis ich etwas esse. Und er trocknet die Lippen auch nicht aus, wenn man ein Lippenbalsam drunter hat. Ganz toll, ich werde ihn bestimmt wieder kaufen.
