Can you use it on a bottom loaded cooler with hot, room temp, and cold water options?

Absolutely!  We recommend the following instructions:
1.  Empty your water cooler, including the reservoir and all lines. 
2.  Pour H2OK into an empty water bottle.
3.  Fill water bottle with potable water, but only enough to fill the reservoir.  The H2OK and potable water should not exceed the reservoir capacity.  
4.  Install the water bottle and allow the reservoir to fill.  
5.  Wait for 15 minutes. 
6.  Drain the water cooler through the outputs.  (In this case, through all three hot, room temp, and cold water outputs)
7.  Refill your empty water bottle with clean water and allow the reservoir to fill again.  Drain through all the outputs.  
8.  Your water cooler is now clean!

Question 2

What percent of hydrogen peroxide is in your solution?  Can you be more specific about the difference between this and 3% hydro peroxide?

The specific formula would be proprietary information.  If you are wondering how it differs from 3% peroxide on the drug store shelf?  The strength, blend, manufacturer, and stabilizer package is how ours differs.  The peroxide on the drug store shelves is for general use or cuts and scrapes.  Our was designed and created solely for biofilm due to stagnant water.

You just pour the entire contents of the bottle into the dispenser, and let it sit a while, and then after draining it - you pour fresh water into the dispenser to flush it all out
