Study Guide for The New Trading for a Living (Wiley Trading)

By far the most intelligently written and comprehensive book that I have ever read on trading. Elder covers everything that is important in just the right amount of detail, and the chart illustrations are very clear. At first I thought I would not buy the book because of its price, but I am so happy I did. I have five other books on trading that are now superfluous because Elder's is so superior. The physical aspects of the book, ie size of the pages, glossy paper, use of color for clarity in presentation all add to the joy of reading this book and owning it. In this age of sloppy ebooks, it is a real pleasure to find a book that has everything an author could do to put out a perfect piece of work. Well done Dr. Elder!

Wow! What a great book. Really in-depth study and great presentation. I've read quite a few books on trading but nothing so far that even comes close to matching this work in regards to detail and application.

I used this product for investment education. I like the content of the book which is very informative.

The study guide is a great way to ensure that you have grasped each new concept. It is also a wonderful way to quickly review what you have already learned.

It has some good info

I have read this book. It is concise clear upto the point. It will help you filter out many of the emotions. If you combine it with Marketsmith from IBD you will be a happy campaigner.

Excellent livre sur le trading car explique enfin de manière claire ce que sont les indicateurs techniques et comment les utiliser à bon escient. Des méthodes claires sont données de A à Z et nous permettent de trader avec un fil conducteur sans pour autant être enfermé dans une sorte de martingale. Peut être complexe pour les débutants mais sans aucun doute un livre de référence pour les personnes avancées.

Ich habe zuerst das Buch "The New Trading for a Living" gelesen. Bevor ich mein Geld riskiere, möchte ich mich besser vorbereiten. Das Study Guide hat sehr gute Übungen und hilft das Buch besser zu versehen.

1) The quality of paper & print is excellent. 2) The language is simple, poetic and up to the point. 3) Whipsaws in the market are the major pit falls for a retail trader. You can avoid them using the "Triple Screen" system provided in this book.

Libro de trabajo de el nuevo vivir del trading. Como libro aislado no lo recomiendo ya que un es un libro de test del libro de Elder. Ayuda a fijar conceptos, recomendado para lectores voraces de libros de inversión si bien es prescindible ayuda y desde luego mil veces mejor someterse al examen de Elder q leer la basura de muchos “traders” mediáticos q sólo ofrecen verborrea
