best workout equipment ever!
These are amazing additions to a work out! They are honestly a work out in themselves. Get the handles to go with them and the possibilities are nearly endless! I wrap it around a stair rail and it allows me to do squats, simulate bench press, takes the place of any free weight exercise you could imagine! Seriously a great buy! I actually canceled my gym membership this week because I can buy more of these bands at different weights for less than my monthly fees at the gym. Also a great factor, these are super portable. Just throw them in your bag and workout anywhere! On the beach, in the woods, on a camping trip, on a cruise, on the bus, on a plane, on your break at work, in your car, seriously anywhere! Don't hesitate, well worth the money!

This is an excellent product and performs as advertised.
This is an excellent product and performs as advertised. I've been using these items for over twenty years. The ease of use, the resistance is accurate, they are very durable and will last for years if cared for. I have recommended these products to my family and friends for years. I hope that they continue to be available for many years to come.

Good bands, similar or same as Beachbody bands
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the hot pink "30lb" band.So this resistance band is EXACTLY the same as the hot pink Beachbody "15lb" resistance band, if you were wondering. Not sure where the lb rating comes from, or who has it wrong. It's fine, because I bought it to pair with their 3 band handle. To give you a reference for how tight it is....As a pretty fit woman, I could use this one for shoulder flys (a move I would want "light" resistance for.) But might even be too strong for a double shoulder fly, and would have to lessen the tension and do one at a time! (See my video example)

Great resistance bands
I used this as a replacement for my body gym band that broke, which I loved and didnt think I was going to be able to get the replacement band from the company and I found these and they work perfect! I was pleasantly surprised there were 2 bands in the order!

The MOST and BEST Bang for Your Buck!
Solid feel, handles do not pinch or chaffee the back of my hands like the strap-type handles used in other systems, durability, portable, ease of use. This system has it all. I recommend the three hole handles- they give you more flexibility with being able to use just the right amount of resistance for the exercise.

Versatile and functional
I’m using the 60 pound resistance cable, with handles, secured to wall with eye hook and carabiner and used for standing bench presses and flys. Needed to increase resistance from the 50 pounders. I use an assortment of resistance cables for different exercises, and find them to be a real bang for the buck. With gym closures, or folks reluctance to go to gyms due to Covi-19, there has been a run on free weights. Perhaps resistance cables aren’t quite the same as weights, but in regard to expense, efficiency and storage, they are the cat’s meow.

Been using these bands for years.
I have been using Lifeline bands for years along with free weights and machines. Now I strictly work out with bands because they provide great resistance training and are much easier on my aging joints than free weights. Highly recommend the LifelineUSA bands. Also, I saw a few reviews about defect issues. I have a 100 lb. that I just replaced because it was starting to slightly tear, but it was 7 years old! The lighter weight bands might be more flimsy (they are less dense) but my 80, 90 and 100 lb. bands are very durable.
