Duck & Goose, How Are You Feeling?

Beautiful illustrations
A family favorite for the wee ones. One word per page accompanied with beautiful, fun illustrations to convey the emotion.

Great for age 1-4
Perfect for helping our toddlers learn to identify emotions. Our oldest likes to use his imagination to describe why duck and goose are feeling the ways they are.

My 2 year old loves this book
My 2 year old loves to read this to me and seems to be a great tool for imaginative play with making your own story to go with each page (that has 1 words per page)

A picture book. Not a story
Don’t buy this book. There’s a total of like 5 words in the whole thing. Your kid will learn nothing from it because it contains next to no language to accompany the images. Contrast this with “duck duck goose” swim the same author which is like the wordiest book on my 2.5 year old’s shelf…there is no consistency from this author. Reco you get your kid into a different one.

Not an actual story
Disappointed as it's not what I thought it was going to be. It just has a one word feeling with a picture on every page. Not a story book. Lame waste of money 😒

Huge disappointment
I bought this as I love this series but I really dislike this book. First, there’s no story or even simple sentences, just one word per page and they don’t cover simple emotions for toddlers, they are all complex emotions that are hard to explain. I was hoping for happy, sad, mad, etc. Instead it’s words like selfish, patient, hopeful. And I was hoping for simple sentences like, “I feel happy when I can play in the sun with my friend duck”.
