Great product. A bit on pricey side. Maybe it would be cheaper if they sold a larger container of it. But it’s excellent on homemade yogurt!!

It's so hard to find the right products to bake with in the US. I'm so happy to have found those and have been cooking up a storm. It is perfect for all my baking recipes and Alsa is always great quality.

I use Alsa vanilla for baking cookies, breads, pancakes and every recipe that requires baking powder. It is the replacement for baking powder just enhanced with a fresh vanilla flavor.

Cannot make french crepes without this. Must have if you like cooking "à la francaise"

I dont know if I received a stale product, but these vanilla sugar packets look and taste nothing as what I bought in the past. They taste blunt, and dont smell like any vanilla. They have zero flavor. I have used similar product many times in the past, but this one was a big let down. I would have returned it if the window for returns was still open.
