Great quality, fit perfectly into a Dell Poweredge R240 server.
High quality durable construction, screw holes all lined up perfectly for both the 2.5" SSDs and the R240 hot-swap cradles. One thing to note: When placing the 2.5 SSD in the adapter, you need to push firmly to seat the SSD into the SATA connector on the adapter. If the screwholes don't appear to be lining up, push harder. This is clearly not a manufacturing issue, rather the cradle is designed to grab and firmly retain the SSD, probably even without the screws.
