Printer toner shipped with the purchase of xerox b210 ran out after printing 100 pages, it was supposed to print 1500 pages. how do i get a new one ?

I purchased my Xerox B210 in December and quite honestly I'm not very pleased with it. I wanted to replace my HP Colour Laserjet CP1515N which I've had for 11 years when it developed a fault. During these 11 years I've had no trouble with this machine. The Xerox is far inferior, I have hardly used it as I still haven't worked out how NOT to print the file page in between every single print. I cannot find instructions that answer any of my problems with it. Having filled the drawer with paper, after printing about six pages it refuses to print anymore saying the machine is out of paper. Frustratingly it is definitely NOT out of paper but I don't know how to deal with this. I absolutely hate the machine and continue to use my HP which is not working on all four cylinders but I just can't bear this inferior product. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
