They protect them from accidental drops. I have never had an iPhone shatter using one of these. They fit the iPhone perfectly and I still have access to the ports and each button I need. They don’t interfere with the camera. They are good value for money considering the protection they offer. But! The only qualm I have is they do yellow very quickly which is a shame. They start to look very grubby after a few months of use and need replacing.
