I took their advice and was glad I did. I typically wear a 10 regular so I ordered and 10 1/2 regular. The boots don't fit perfectly but they are close and I can accept a boot that is just a little big. Not to big for me to make a difference. The quality of the boot is very good. I wear these as an everyday boot to do all kinds of work at home and away. Great grip, sturdy insole, tough exterior and they look good. The only compliant is that I wish they would be about an inch higher at the ankle but that isn't that important. I've had the boots about a week and put them through my usual test and they passed after the first day. If the boot continues to please me they will most likely become my goto boot. I had been wearing boots made by Rockport which are comfortable and very good boots.
