Does this work for exercise equipment? I have a rower and a stepper.

While this an excellent lubricant, for exercise equipment I would only use it underneath and out of sight, as it is sticky and red in color, and may stain clothes. I would recommend silicone grease spray on the upper moving parts of exercise equipment, and underneath also, which is clear and less messy.

Can this work on a pulley bearing? I can’t remove the bearing, nor take off the cover, can this penetrate and lubricant pulley bearings?

Yes it will work. Spray it then run the engine. Do this a couple times to move the grease throughout the bearing.
