**Q: Is there a way to reduce the bass?  It is a bit heavy for conversations.**
A: You probably will have to download an app called an Equalizer.  Get one that has a simple way to change bass, treble, and mid-range. They often have too many selections to make it difficult.   IDK enough to recommend one.

A: The following steps is how to connect your bluetooth devce. Hope this can help for you. 
1、Please keep your headset and your bluetooth device as close as you can , within 1 meter. 
2、Swithc to " ON", it will prompt "Ready to pair" after 5 Seconds, the red and blue lights flash alternately when headset i read for pairing. 
3、Turn on "Bluetooth " in setting your device and find the headset name  SX-990
4、Click SX-990, Bluetooth headset get connect with you device. 
automatically and prompt "Pairing completed" and the also will prompt"Device connected" when successfully connected with SX-990. Some may require pass code with 0000"
