Mission Classic Headband

I admittedly sweat like a lumber jack at the gym and I’m a woman. I stumbled onto one of these a year ago and thought it couldn’t make a difference. But I tried it anyway. It worked really well! Wet it, whip it around, put it on. Do I look like all I’m missing are leg warmers and a unitard? Yes. Do I care? Slightly. But it does keep me cooler, less sweating, and at least my hair isn’t wet when I leave the gym. I use it outside to work in the yard, I’ve even considered sleeping with it on. Rinse it out, air dry, use again the next day. I have both the head band and neck one. I use both on my head. They last, don’t lose stretch or cut off circulation. I have a smaller head and can’t wear those cute headbands to keep hair out of my face, they just slide off. Not these head bands. They stay put for burpees( everyone’s favorite), running like a pack of rapid wolves are chasing you, or that sad example of a push up you’re doing. Buy three. You won’t regret it

This thing may actually be a cooling headband but it’s too tight to wear without making a horrible indentation where the thick seam presses against one’s skin. Don’t bother, but instead go dig your bandanna out of your drawer, wet it, and tie it around your forehead for a comfortable, much better cooling experience.

As a marathoner who runs on Texas summer days (100+ degrees!), this product has saved me time and time again! It is awesome. 'Activate' it by put it under cool water and then on your head. Every few miles I reactivate it and it cools me down. It is awesome. Good for kids too or workers outside. It just cools your head which in turns makes you feels cooler. One of my best running products hands down.

Headband is quite tight. Did not notice a cooling effect. My forehead was still quite sweaty and dripping, after a hot run. I was expecting better results than the old fashioned terry cloth headband that I still have.

This item is of good quality, and I think it could work for some people. However, I am a person that gives off a lot of heat in my face and head area when I exercise, and this headband did not help to keep me cool during exercise. In comparison, I also have a Mission cooling towel, and I find this towel helpful in keeping me cool while working and exercising outdoors.

Keeps my two athletic girls (6 and 8) cool (when headband is wetted before wearing) during hot soccer games and practices. Their head sizes are pretty average for their ages and the headband stays securely in place throughout use. It keeps my older daughter's chin length hair out of her face without any additional hair ties.

I have reviewed many mission products and they work as advertised. Living in 110 degree heat in Az there is no better provong ground. Wish they still made the sleeves. This is a great product, used as just a headband or to cool off.
