Pinky Up Noelle 1.5 L Ceramic Gooseneck Spout Electric Tea Kettle with Temperature Control - Cordless Design for Boiling Water Pot, Mint, Rose Gold

I have wanted this teapot for a while and received it as a Christmas gift. It is truly beautiful and well made. It is ceramic and electric which makes it pretty and easy to use. The ceramic is a beautiful mint/light teal. The base and cord are white with gold trim. The cord is somewhat stiff but I'm hoping it softens with use. Be sure to follow instructions about not letting it run too low of water. The lid is a bit tricky to figure out at first. But is also well made to ensure that it doesn't fall off when pouring. I highly recommend this to upscale your daily cuppa.

AVOID I loved the design: the clean surface of the ceramic kettle - although it was a little heavy. Had it for 18 months and it stopped working. The materials used at the electrical base and connection could not withstand the heat of the electrical current and the metal warped and lost connection and the plastic melted and further corroded the connection. Very disappointing. It's a great, durable ceramic kettle on a lousy-cheap electrical base. I tried contacting the manufacturer directly at [email protected], -no response.

I loved this so much a bought another for a friend who loved it. Two problems: the turn-on lever quit working and my husband had to take it apart. It still doesn’t work consistently. Secondly, the lid heats up as well and the knob on top is hard to touch to keep the lid from falling off without using a pot holder. I am going to crochet a little hat for the lid knob that I can leave in place.

Big tea drinker here! I love this kettle. We've had it for 2 years now and it does the job. It's a little hard to clean inside - but honestly, every kettle is! It's also adorable and very aesthetic. Would and have actually recommended this to friends and family. It's a good size, easy to use, easy enough to pour. I don't have anything negative to say!

I want to love this electric kettle. In fact I did love it. But then it broke. And I want to give this seller credit where credit is due, because they did send me a new one when my old one broke. However when my 2nd electric kettle broke (it's 2024 now and I initially purchased in 2022, so that means I went through two of these in two years), I just have to accept that it isn't made well. My second one tried to hang in there, but sadly a week ago it bit the dust and I'm on the hunt for a new one. This one was just so cute and SO PRETTY, so I feel like any kettle I get will be disappointing. But then again, function is just as important to me as aesthetic, because we use our electric kettle every single day, multiple times a day.

Good size for making 4+ servings of tea. Looks great on the countertop. Spout tends to dribble when finishing a pour. Lid feels a little loose when pouring - compared to competition kettles. Much more reasonable price compared to the previous competitions kettles.

***Changed this review to 5 stars for outstanding customer service*** I contacted the company to tell them the tea pot had broken and they offered to replace it, no questions asked. It came in about a week. I'm really excited to find a company that stands behind their product. I would buy from them again. Original Review Below: Loved this right up until it died 1 year to the day we bought it. I had a different brand similar to this that lasted a decade. Disappointed.

Bought in July 2025, stopped working in July 2026. Loved the look but hard to pour due weight of kettle and lid becoming really hot. Will not replace with this kettle.
