Does it works with hd street 750 xg 2018 model and drain battery while not in use?

I am not certain about your HD They fit my 2003 Road king Classic.... I did need to get longer bolts.. 3 m. I have had no problems regarding Draining my Battery,, I have them tied into my blinkers... So i have daylight running lights and blinkers working... Hope this helps you with you pick..!
